I have been going to Heinz for over 15 years. Great precision cut and grows out perfectly. Super honest. I unknowingly left a jacket there for over 6 months and it was still there. Heinz runs a great business.

I saw Makayla for the first time the other day. I was nervous to switch stylists and go to a new salon but she made me feel very comfortable and took the time to talk to me to see what I wanted to do with my hair. cut looks great and is blended very well. hair feels healthy & is really shiny. great price too. definitely will come back!

Nikki is the best! Been going to her for 5 years now. I hated hair cuts when I first started seeing her because I felt like my stylist never listened to what I want, Nikki cuts my hair perfect each time. Salon is cute and in a nice area. Highly recommend!

The guy that works there did a horrible job with my mom’s hair color and then refused to accept that it was nothing compared to what she had asked for! On top of that he didn’t even blow dry it or styled it for her! He had already messed up it and didn’t even attempt to at least give good costumer service.

A great little Solon focused on training and experience. I have a good head of hair for my age, but it grows in all kinds of crazy directions. It only took a couple visits to get a really bad cut back in shape. Nikki is the best!

Every employee that I spoke too was super aware of distancing, had masks in place, wiping area down. I saw a lot of respect. Employees will say hi to u even if I aren't there client. Nikki is so professional and kind. It's a good feel shop.

Heinz is meticulous. The way he cuts is amazing in that I can go 6 months before my next cut (if I needed). Free drop in neck and bangs trims show how much they love their customers. I've been a customer for 25+ years and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Kelly was amazing! She scheduled my color correction on a Sunday when she had few clients so she could give my hair her full attention. She talked me through the process and was incredibly friendly. I will absolutely continue going to her after my horrible hair drama this past year!

The first time I went to Heinz Salon I saw Nikki, who was warm and friendly and cut my hair dry, as I requested. Since the beginning of the pandemic I know people who've chosen to not have their hair cut at all, whereas I've compromised and have had my hair cut dry. The most recent cut I had was with Heinz, and the 2 stars pertain to that experience. He became impatient with me when I asked questions or told him I wouldn't style my hair at home like he was (straightening it with an iron and using a blow dryer). Initially I thought the haircut itself was excellent as it truly looked wonderful after it was styled but in the days afterward as I let my hair air dry I saw the right side was a bit longer than the left and the back top layer was actually longer than the bottom edge which looked really strange. I think this happened as the hair close to my head in the back is somewhat wavy naturally, and as it air dried it become shorter. I would have had to style it straight as Heinz had to avoid this. I waited about 2 1/5 weeks to have these issues taken care of as I thought maybe the right looked longer because it lays differently than the left. But before I had it cut the hair dresser used a straightening iron on both sides and the difference was even more noticeable then.
