Booked appointment 6 weeks ahead of time. Day before, I was asked what I was coming in for to prep. Day of appointment notified 15 min before that hairstylist running late about 30 min. Hairstylist I booked appointment w/ was too busy having side bar conversations w/ co -worker through out. Started touch up (root coverage) at 9:30am process completed at 12:15pm. Another stylist finished blow drying my hair. I do not recommend this place sat on a chair longer than hair processing time required. I look at ratings when I am looking for services that are pricy because I am also looking for quality.

Not only is the building beautiful and smells good when you enter the customer service is so welcoming. I got my hair done with Roxanne. BY FAR THE MOST AMAZING HAIR TRANSFORMATION EVER!!!! Not only did I feel educated how to maintain my color but beautiful.

Carol did my hair yesterday & I highly recommend her. I called at the last minute without an appointment. She was able to work me in, immediately! She listened to my concerns and achieved the results I wanted. I will admit I was nervous because I had not had my hair done in 6 months, my hair is kinky curly so I can be very picky on who does my hair. It was my 1st time with Carol. I am so so happy with the work that Carol did on my hair. She will do an amazing job, listen to concerns, and you walk out happy! Go see Carol!

**Extremely Disappointed - Won't Be Returning** I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Hair Artistry. After trying multiple times to reach out to different stylists on social media and getting no response, I decided to call and make an appointment. The person on the phone seemed uninterested and suggested I come in as a walk-in instead. I showed up just 15 minutes later, only to be told there was a 4-hour wait! It felt like they didn’t want to bother with me at all. Frustrated, I went to Studio 209 as a walk-in, and I’m so glad I did. I received the results I’ve been trying to get from Hair Artistry for a long time. Not only that, but I was given complimentary drinks and treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in. Hair Artistry has lost my business and that of my family. It’s clear they’ve forgotten where they came from and the clients who supported them during their grand opening. I was one of their first clients, but they’ve clearly lost touch with the people who helped them get where they are today. Do better.

Ashley has been doing my hair for many years now and I am never disappointed! She always gives me options and suggestions on how to style, cut or color my hair and I always love the results she provides. Her customer service is always top notch, she always listens to me yap and makes the atmosphere so inviting! I highly recommend Ashley for the best outcomes and great vibes! Keep it up!

I had an amazing experience here at the salon. My stylist was Ashley and she did an amazing job with my hair. My hair has never felt so much healthier! She always does a beautiful job with the color and cut!My hair feels so silky when she styles it, I would highly recommend this salon and highly recommended booking with Ashley! She is always attentive and exceeds my expectations!

I had a very disappointing experience at Heir artistry with their Brazilian blowout treatment. I paid $300 for the service, expecting frizz-free hair as promised. Unfortunately, my hair was extremely frizzy from the very first day and remained that way. When I reached out to the salon, they refused to offer a refund and only suggested that I return for another treatment with the same stylist. (Ashley) I had already explained that my previous Brazilian blowout treatments elsewhere had much better results, and I did not feel comfortable going through the process again with the same stylist. I expected much better customer service for the price I paid. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this specific stylist based on my experience.

Highly recommend Heir Artistry! I always leave here with so much self confidence after getting my hair done. Roxy is the BEST. Not only does she have a beautiful personality but she has amazing hands and always does an excellent job with your hair , no matter if it’s only a trim, your hair will always look BEAUTIFUL. Staff is great as well ! Everyone looks out for each other, it’s just positive vibes all around . Absolutely love it here.

10/10 recommend Heir Artistry! My stylist is Roxanne (owner) who I’ve been going to for years! I’ve been blown away every single time I’ve had my hair done. I’m super picky with stylists and will only ever go to someone I trust, so recommending this beautiful salon and all of its stylists speaks volumes. All the ladies are warm and friendly and being in an environment full of women who are so great and take pride in their craft makes your overall experience so worth it and it’ll keep you coming back. I stopped by at Heir Artistry today as a walk-in. I was greeted kindly by the stylists. Blanca assisted me with a consultation and was very patient and kind with my millions of questions. I ultimately decided on a haircut done by Blanca. She washed my hair out, too, and offered me tips on questions I had. Allysa blow dried and styled my hair. During this time, I was able to speak with Marissa, Heir Artistry's Nail Technician, too. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Heir Artistry. It's been a long time since I enjoyed my experience regarding my hair. The ladies made me feel so welcome and were soooooooo kind and just amazing human beings. I just wanted to say thank you. I went there to be "taken care of," if you will, and I was not disappointed. The different conversations I had with each of these women, were great in their own special way. I hope to be back soon. JUST MY LUCK As I took it for granted everyone hyping this place up I’m sure it’s grate an all NO HATE I KNOW PLACES GET BUSY WHAT NOT but I didn’t get the experience I thought I would after doing my research even on there instagram page that STATES WALK-ins available that wasn’t the case for me not to mention it says it on the door with open and closing HRS “WALK-INS* welcome 🤔 NOTE TO SELF CALL BE FORE GOING IN BECAUSE U NEED AN APPOINTMENT 🤦‍♀️🙄 NOT TO MENTION SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF ID LIKE TO MAKE ONE WAS JUST QUICK TO ASK IF I HAD one AN said we don’t take walk-ins 🤣 🤷‍♀️ might wanna change that sign as well as your instagram page make it clear of what your Walk-Ins times are available so u don’t set ppl up for DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I wanted to like this place but never got my call back. I went in at 10am as walking. I wasn't expecting to be seen right away. I was told no one was available and that another stylist would come in at 12 and to expect a call back before then. I didn't mind since I had errands to do. Close to noon, no call back and I ended up getting my haircut at jc penny Instead. I'm glad I did though, service was great at jc penny. 3 hrs past noon and still no call back. I would suggest not to offer walk in service or at least have courtesy of telling us no one was available throughout the day. Time wasted.

Heir Artistry is absolutely amazing! All the girls are so sweet and talented. I’ve had my hair cut and styled by Miranda, LOVED it and will definitely be returning! I feel like she brought life back into my hair. Miranda is patient and listened to what I want, but also gave me her honest opinion, which I definitely appreciated. She also cut my 7 year old daughter’s hair and did a wonderful job with her too! My daughter felt comfortable with Miranda and didn’t get nervous like she has in the past. Heir Artistry has now gained two clients who will be lifers!

I love this place & so happy to have it in El Paso. I’ve been seeing Miranda (@hairxmiranda) for over a year and a half and she always does the best job on my hair, whether it be a low maintenance trim & toner or more recently adding dimension w/ a fresher cut. Also had the chance for Kat (@nastyyhair) to do my wedding hair & loved it! The salon is beautiful & have no doubt that any one of the team members will do an amazing job. Also super recommend a wash & blowout for the best hair all week.

I recently visited the salon for a much-needed trim and treatment, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Melissa's attentive care and expertise made the visit truly exceptional. The treatment she recommended left my hair feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The salon itself exuded a delightful ambiance - it was beautifully modern and inviting, with a nice fragrance that added to the overall experience. This place is AMAZING. First time going with Allysa AND definitely won’t be my last. She left my hair looking exactly how I wanted it to be! ❤️ All the girls there are talented and sweet. You can definitely see the teamwork. I’m glad I found a salon that I love. Perks that it’s on the same side of town that I live but I would definitely make the drive if it was far.

I had such an amazing experience here! I had been following on social media and was in town for a few days. I did a walk in for a cut. Everyone in the place was very kind and friendly. Blanca greeted me as soon as I walked in. She actually ended up cutting my hair and I love it! I will definitely be back!
