My hair stylist move and have been nervous to look for a new stylist. I had a couple friends and even clients of mine recommend Skye. Let me tell you she is a hair wizard. I’ve been to her twice so far and I’ve loved my hair each time. She is incredibly confident behind the chair which puts me at ease since I’ve had some bad hair cuts in my past. I can’t recommend her enough!

I come here to see Alexia who is truly amazing at everything she’s ever done on me and other women I’ve seen in passing who have had their hair done by her. Today was honestly a visit worth a review because I came in with dry , frizzy hair that I’ve always just accepted as what it was, my goal was to simply leave with split ends gone. I have used every product possible for frizz and no luck. Sometimes all you need is a good cut quality products and blowout to feel like brand new in between your color appointments ! I’ll forever recommend this salon because I know all of the ladies in here can be trusted with your needs ! I left with hair I still can’t believe is mine.

This salon is overpriced and overrated. I went in with a inspo picture of a solid cherry red color and instead of explaining to me that she wasn't going to bleach my hair and then dye it red she proceeded to do her own thing and I went along with it because I trusted her expertise. This was a very wrong mistake. I ended up leaving with black hair and red highlights not at all one solid color. If I would've known she was going to do what she did I would've never agreed to it. I absolutely hate the outcome and it's ruined my birthday plans because I have to find someone else to fix this asap and spend even more money than she charged me. Which was not cheap AT ALL it was over 400. And she didn't even offer to fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone that cares about their hair. when i called to get it fixed or eve back to my natural color she refused.

Morgan Everitt is the best. She not only is amazing at what she does, but she truly listens to what you want. She is never pushy or tries to upsell. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She will always be my stylist.

Morgan worked on my hair. I just wanted a wash and blow dry. She did a beautiful job. I was satisfied and felt prettier when I left. I have puerto rican (mixed-ish) fine, curly hair and felt like she knew how to handle it. She also dusted up my ends without cutting too much. Also, this salon is super professional and kind hearted. I would go back thank you Morgan

Quite enjoyed the hair cut I got from Heirloom. I did not go in for extensive services (just a cut + getting curtain bangs) so I feel like I didn't experience the full extent of everything the girls at Heirloom can do, but I would return!

I came across Heirloom Salon after frantically calling many places due to being left in the dark from an appointment I set up elsewhere. When I called seeing if I could get in for a birthday hairdo, they were willing to accommodate. Once I showed up, Morgan was who I spoke to on the phone and she would be the one to do my hair. She was honestly a lifesaver for me that day since I wanted curls for my celebration. She took her time and explained my curl pattern on how it would hold throughout the day. I was super grateful for Morgan's willingness to get me in last minute and her kindness with myself and my daughter who accompanied me. Morgan definitely turned the damper on my day around the end result to my hair was exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve been going to Skye for 8 years now. I use to go see her and Raven at phoenix salon and suites before Heirloom existed. I searched high and low and there is no one better. I love the fact that Raven has hair very similar in texture to my own so she understands how fragile it is and what to do to keep my hair healthy. I usually see Skye or Raven but I would trust any of these girls with my hair. The salon is beautiful, always clean and you’re greeted with smiling faces and sometimes even a hug. 🤗

These girls are magic! Kristy is an absolute gem. You couldn’t find a sweeter, more amazing stylist! She is patient, personable, endlessly kind and charismatic and absolutely phenomenal at her craft. I always leave with incredible hair- so much so, the last time I left I had a lady drive by me, back her car up, roll down her window and tell me how amazing my hair looked and asked who I see. ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love this salon! I see Britt and she is soooo talented. I have never felt disappointed with her services and always feel amazing afterwards. If I ever have a sudden mind change, I always feel heard and never judged which is so amazing cause let’s be honest…mind changes are always a challenge and heirloom always accepts and delivers! Haven’t had any desire to go anywhere else cause this is the place!

Best Salon in Virginia Beach. I have been a client for the past 8 years and I highly recommend it. Sky is skilled stylist and wonderful business owner. Over the years, few other stylists cut my hair and I always left satisfied. If you are looking for a new stylist or you need some "saving" from a bad experience - call Sky. Good luck!!!

Daughter cancelled an appointment 23 hours and 55 before her appointment and was still charged $150 cancellation fee. Would not recommend because if you are 5 minutes late you will be charged

Heirloom Salon is the absolute BEST salon around! Not only is the environment and vibe amazing but everyone is so kind, friendly, & amazing! Although all stylists at this salon are great Kristy is the only one i see! She’s BEYOND AMAZING. She knows what to do with my hair - color & cut wise without me even having to explain! She gets me to the perfect icy blonde every single time. When I first started seeing her, I was inquiring about extensions, but with her suggested maintenance my hair is now halfway down my back & healthier than ever. Every time I post pictures of my hair after seeing her I get 4-5 messages asking what extensions/what stylist I see. Kristy & the whole salon has made me feel like family, so I look forward to my every 8 week follow up. So don’t walk, RUN to see Kristy for all your hair needs! 😊🫶🏻

I have always had the best experiences at this salon! After a bad experience with another stylist, I came in to see Anna on recommendation from a friend. She totally started me on a journey to happy beautiful hair and always gives me the results I ask for. On top of their skill with hair, the ladies who work at Heirloom are sweethearts who make you feel welcome and comfortable in their salon from the second you walk in to the door. Anna has done an amazing job with my hair but I’m positive the rest of the ladies in the salon share the experience and skill, I have never seen anyone leaving the salon looking anything less than a 10/10 when I have gone. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Kat Martin for about a year now. After moving here from another state, I didn’t know who I could trust with my blonde hair. Kat is overwhelmingly exceptional. Her personality and talent are outstanding. Kat always welcomes me and we always have the best conversations. When she moved salons, I was not hesitant to go where she went. The girls in the salon are very friendly and kind and they always support each other. Kat is exceptional with every single cut, color, and style she creates. She will go above and beyond to complete the job and make you feel your best self and beautiful. She also will tell you the truth and be honest if something might not suit you, I 100 percent trust her with my life, (and my hair.) I will never go to anyone else ever again, even if she moves across the country.

I have been going to Skye for 10 years and she has consistently provided me with top notch service. When I moved 5 hours away I used to schedule my appointments with her when I came home to visit. I always get compliments on my hair and she has always maintained my hair’s health. Heirloom is full of fantastic stylists and I have had the pleasure of seeing Brittney as well. I have been with Skye, the owner, since the beginning of her career behind the chair. To be a client of hers is truly a gift from the hair gods. I have been every color of the rainbow, and every length from bob to lower back length hair. She has never once faltered on creating perfection. I feel like an ABSOLUTE QUEEN every time I leave the salon. The same can be said about every stylist that has ever been an employee. I have sat in a handful of heirloom ladies chairs through the years and each time I am blown away by how each person at heirloom exceeds expectations and provides exceptional knowledge and talent.

Every stylist in there is so talented and I have had multiple people work on my hair and extensions and am never worried because they are all amazing! I started seeing Kristy at the salon in January of 2023 and she has provided literally the best hair experiences I have ever had. Because of her, I genuinely look forward to getting my hair done every 6 weeks. It has become the perfect "me" time. She has the best attitude and her talent is unmatched. In January I had faded black box dye over red box dye on my too-long hair. I told her I wanted to be caramel but knew it would take multiple sessions because of the box dye I had used when I wasn't financially able to get my hair done professionally. She explained every step of the process so well. When I was debating doing a big chop and losing a lot of my length, she really helped me work through it and helped make sure to get the right length and style for my face shape. She's hilarious, so easy to get along with, and just insanely good at what she does. I seriously cannot recommend Kristy enough. Everyone should get their hair done by her!

I've been going to Heirloom Salon for about 3 years now, and always have an amazing experience at the salon and with everyone who works here! My hair has never looked better and healthier and I genuinely look forward to my hair days here and interacting with the stylists. Even while I'm sitting in the chair getting my own hair done, it's so much fun to see other clients having a wonderful experience and watching the stylists skillfully transform their hair. She is punctual, diligent, and so very talented at her craft! Her and the other stylists at the salon have become like friends to me, and I truly enjoy the time I get to spend in the chair with them. I’ve been going here for years and they are by far the best group of talented ladies EVER. Brit does my hair and is beyond gifted in making me look and FEEL gorgeous. Everyone is always a vibe I’m obsessed. I moved a little further out from VB and have no problem making the drive because I know I will love my hair and feel great leaving. They are top notch! Kristy ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. She has helped me get back to my natural color, which I have been wanting to do for some time now. She also has helped me get my hair healthy and growing. It has been over 7 months since I have been able to see her and I am still getting compliments on my hair as if it was the first day it was done. The ladies that work in the salon are all so sweet and work so well together to give EVERY client the best experience. I can not say enough good things about this salon.
