Love Hellen. I drive from Tacoma to see her. No one in tacoma is as good as her. She is a very busy lady! She doesn't require appointments but you don't want to wait long call her ahead of time.

I called to speak with a manager about job opportunities and was met with rudeness. The person on the phone was unhelpful and hung up on me. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. They wouldn’t mention if they were the manager or allow me to speak with one and I was very respectful. This is unpleasant as I liked the salon before.

Bad service. Bad haircut too. This was my first time as a client. She's not so friendly, gave me a bad service too. I just got in the chair to get my haircut, take note I have an appointment but when a white woman came, who just walked-in and have no appointment, she gave her 5 minutes just to get my hair done. As a result, I got a bad haircut and didn't get what I requested. Not even a good hair treatment because she was rushing and didn't even wash or style my hair. I will never go back to this salon again. Please look at the reviews before getting a haircut or any treatment here.

I did not realize the totality of the damage caused by Hellen until I arrived at home used wrong color and used bleach for highlights and only colored 1/2 my hair from forehead to ears smh, then explained to me some other shop did the damage to my hair. Ive had to wait 3 months to color correct and returning to work my hair was more important than ever Prior to this visit my hair was full and thick and beautiful now its a scraggly. Please be smart this Hellen is a crook in its truest form I paid cash, as I came a few days later Hellen would not give me a receipt she gave me a gift certificate I asked again please give me receipt she laughed at me & said not I cannot do that please leave my shop I had been going to Hellens for more than 3 years smh She is an insult to Women and deserves proper Law Suit in Court Of Law! Avoid this Business like the Plaque Cheap and unacceptable Beauty Services NEVER EVER TRUST THIS SHOP HELLENS BEAUTY SALON PERIOD!

She lied and said she couldn’t tone my hair after this bleach took out my black die which I wanted I lefted almost in tears but I was so mad and told her I hated it and she not once said let me try to fix it she’s a punk and I never seen such unprofessionalism at its finest
