The vibes of this salon are 10/10. From the complimentary wine, to the amazing scalp massages, to the free therapy sessions. Ricardo did an amazing job in bringing my hair back to life and Ivan’s customer service is top tier! I’ll be coming for weekly blowouts moving forward.

Had my services canceled last minute multiple times ( the latter during Thanksgiving week) therefore very unreliable manicurist named Javi who is the one canceling. I have been offered hair treatment as compensation for the canceling which was a very nice gesture from the place and I appreciated.

Hello Beauty on Brickell is one of the best salons I’ve been to between here and NYC. The color and extensions are the best, and they never leave stains on my face or neck. They’re so meticulous here and their extensions and color are top notch!

I absolutely love this hair salon, I literally go there almost every week to get a blowout, Ricardo does a great scalp massage that makes me relax and forget all the external problems for a few minutes and I enjoy it.

I am visiting from Colorado, and struggling with my hair while here- I don’t have to contend with humidity back home! I decided to get a blow out before a work party this evening, and found that this salon was close with a 5 star rating. I’m always nervous when someone else does my hair, because I’ve had my extensions ruined when getting a blow out while traveling. Carlos was attentive, and did exactly what I asked. My hair has volume, and didn’t fall flat- which is what it did when I was styling it! Best of all, I didn’t have to spend 2 hours trying to dry my hair, ending in disaster and a meltdown because I looked like a poodle without crispy eye stains. Also, I want to note that Carlos was very careful when washing between the wefts, gave a good scalp massage, and left me with clean hair and scalp. So many stylists try to be careful of the extensions, but don’t shampoo well enough to get rid of product build up. 10/10 recommend Carlos for a blowout.

Absolutely loved my haircut with Carlos! He was amazing to talk with and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a while. Evan was also amazing and so accommodating and friendly and educated me on other services and product bar I’m now excited to try. I finally found my new go-to place, can’t wait until I come back🩷

The BEST salon- stylist Peter rocked my Brazilian blow out. The owner is lovely! She is honest, professional and expert with the scalp and hair is an UNDERSTATEMENT! This place is truly a gem in the neighborhood and I’ve been to many (NYC, MIA, LA)! FYI- I have rebellious curly hair. I thought I could only go to Dominican salons- nope! This place is worth every dollar. They earned my trust whole heartedly! 🫶🏽 Thank you, Peter & Deb!!!!

Well, let me just tell y'all, if you're lookin' for a place to get your hair done right, Ricardo at Hello Beauty Concept is your guy! I walked in askin' for just a simple haircut, but honey, it turned into a whole dang experience! From the moment I sat in that chair, Ricardo made me feel like I was the star of my own movie. He listened to what I wanted, added his own little magic, and—voila!—I walked out lookin' like a million bucks. The man’s got skills, y'all. It's like he just knew what my hair needed before I did. And let me tell you, my hair has never looked this good. So, if you're tired of playin' salon roulette and ready for someone who gets it, do yourself a favor and book with Ricardo. You'll leave feelin' like a new person, and who doesn't want that? Five stars, hands down.

Lovely salon filled with talented and knowledgeable staff. I like to go get scalp treatments here. They assess your scalp and give you recommendations for better ways to treat it. Then they clean your scalp with a variety of products and it leaves your scalp and hair feeling amazing. I’ve come three times now and have a wonderful experience each time.

This was a great experience! I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for a special night out, and this fit the bill. Carolina did my makeup and Bruno did my hair. They did their due diligence - requested pictures of me and asked me questions about my hair/skin before the appointment, asked what event I was attending and what I was wearing, and asked what I wanted out of my look. I had a delicious cappuccino while i was getting my makeup done and was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I've attached before and after photos of my normally non-glam self and the final results :-) I'll definitely go back there.
