My technician Elyssa (Katy) was very knowledgeable and nice, BONUS, she will do it on a Sunday. Elyssa ALWAYS answers all my questions and also gives me suggestions, plus she helped make sugaring very comfortable.

My waxer was great but the experience overall was horrible and painful. I’ve never had a waxer use soft wax for a Brazilian wax. I’ve been feeling discomfort and my hair is already starting to grow back. The whole experience was painful and I’ve never experienced pain and I’ve been getting a wax for over 5years.

My first experience was really great. Booking an appointment is easy and Alexus was very informative during my appointment. Alexus made me feel so comfortable and confident in her services that I decided to sign up for a membership, which is highly unlikely for me to do. I definitely recommend booking with Hello Sugar.
