My experience with Hello Sugar has been anything but sweet. I booked a sugaring Brazilian and ended up getting waxed. I was overcharged by $52 during my appointment last Wednesday. I have been in correspondence since Thursday, and they make it almost impossible to contact anyone who can do anything about it. They don’t answer calls, and only talk through text. After explaining my situation, it is almost a week later and there has been no refund or action on my issue. They keep saying they reached out to the location manager and have heard nothing. I would not recommend going to a place that can’t fix a simple billing/refund issue within a reasonable time frame, nor a place that can’t differentiate between waxing and sugaring. I am extremely frustrated - manager at the Powers Location - maybe this will get your attention.

I usually go to Hello Sugar on N. Academy but this time I wanted to try the Powers location since it’s a lot closer to my house. I’m so glad I did! Jessica made my experience so much better than what I’ve experienced my last few times with a Brazilian. She was very knowledgeable about waxing techniques. She also gave me a lip wax which was so clean and nice. She was very bubbly and before I knew it she was done. I walked in full bush walked out so smooth! Thanks Jessica!!

I went for my first Brazilian as a happy 21st bday to myself and the lady that did my waxing was lovely however I feel like SO MUCH hair got missed... Maybe it's just my skins reaction but I also have all sorts of red dots/bumps and even some pimples coming in in several places? I'm unsure if I'll be back if this much hair being missed is normal and the pimples and red spots....it definitely felt very rushed so maybe that's why? 🙁

Jessica was amazing she’s so sweet and definitely a sociable person definitely made my brazilian a breeze i was so nervous but she definitely calmed my nerves. i would definitely recommend her. i’m definitely coming back.

The last few years I haven't had any luck with getting waxed. I will be returning. Least painful and usually I have a bunch of little stray hairs. Not this time. I highly recommend. Tiffany was absolutely amazing. I was going to European Wax. I will not be going back.

Jessica was great! She was extremely welcoming and pretty knowledgeable about the sugaring and waxing process. Although, this was my first time at Hello Sugar, it wasn’t my first time getting a Brazilian sugaring. She made it a smooth process! Go check her out at either location in Colorado Springs!

Tiffany is amazing at the Barnes location, she was very personable, knowledgeable, and just overall super fun to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I appreciated her waxing technique that made it as painless and swift as possible. I am 100% coming back to her next month and for the foreseeable future.
