Absolutely amazing experience and will definetly be coming back and purchasing the program they offer! Whitney was so professional and made me very comfortable as it was my first time getting a Brazilian. Considering it was my first wax it can sometimes be patchy but she got every hair! The place was very clean and overall an amazing experience! Book with Whitney!!

Update since I got a response on google: the promo was booked in a timely manner :) I am not just out of the blue redeeming 2 months later. :) Apparently I was offered a promotion they are now claiming is now for new clients only however it was offered to me and was booked previously in November. I had to cancel due to having my period. Now that I am rebooking, they are now claiming it is only for new clients. If it is your staff’s fault for booking me, deal with them. But do not deny a service that was already supposedly to be rendered. And before you say we have polices, it doesn’t say on the email that it was just for new clients,it says “ *Limited to 1 promotional appointment per client. Offer valid only in the following FL locations: Carrollwood; North Hyde Park. $10 deposit required at booking.” please see attached photo. I know I am just another customer, you probably have thousands more. But please be fair. Just like in your previous reply to another customer. :) And yes you deserve the one star. Love how you are to your customers even on google. And please have better trained call center people. Maybe someone who you can’t hear is obviously working from home.

I had an exceptional experience with Tatiana at Hello Sugar! She was right on time—no waiting around, which was such a nice start. Tatiana is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between regular waxing and sugar waxing, helping me understand exactly what my skin needed. Whitley is who you want to see. The cleanliness, the flexibility, the kindness and tender touch she has it all!!!!!!! So knowledgeable on sugaring , waxing and general skin care . She has single handedly saved me from ingrown hairs.

Best experience, I loved how fast and friendly Whitley was from all my experiences at other wax places how she positions you from start to finish should be how all wax places should do the process, well for me at least. But yes best so far check them out. I’m prolly going to sign up for reccurring visits. 5 star rating for sure

From the moment you make an appointment, everything is nice and professional. Your confirmation and reminders with prices are ahead of time just in case you forget. I used the restrooms and they were very clean. I made a very first time appointment with getting a Brazilian for my girlfriend and I and we just had no idea what to expect. Whitley was AMAZING!! She talks you through it. Keeps you nice and calm. Has you talk to her but also to breathe and take a break if you need to. Everything was just amazing and I couldn't of expected it to be any easier without her walking me through the process as she did. Comforted me when I was nervous right away. Had answers to every question I had and you can tell she has a love of her job. So amazing!!! Thank you so much for making our first times ever this much fun and over thinking it. She even assures you during to let you know it is almost done. Whitley has truly got forever customers now. The after effect was nice too. You don't hear about that part. ;)

Extremely unprofessional and uncourteous of customers time. There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments, and Clients are charged a rescheduling fee for arriving outside of the window (understandable) one would think the same courtesy would be extended to the client if the waxer is running behind seeing as we all have schedules and places to be. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before being taken back and was told it would be 20 minutes to wax. Now pushing me behind schedule. You would think they would let you know they were behind and give you the opportunity to reschedule upon arrival. There are plenty of other places to get waxed in Tampa. Will not be returning to a location where the employees have poor time management and lack of respect for the customer. *update - clarification for the one star that I didn’t think was necessary to justify in the initial review. The employee on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional, hence the 1 star and major reason for never returning.

Jada was very general and kind. She made sure I go the right service for my hair thickness and pain level. I hadn’t waxed in a while and was shaving making this experience a little bit more painful then my previous experiences but Jada reassured me that next time it would hurt less and less. Very professional and clean and wonderful.

I had an amazing second time experience. Whitney I think her name was amazing, fast and very efficient. I wasn’t sure about the service I picked but she helped me gain knowledge about the difference of which I picked and she kindly was able to switch my service. So big shout out to her, I will definitely be back to get serviced by her. 10/10. ☺️💕

I have been to multiple wax and sugar locations over the years. Sugar is my preferred method of hair removal. However, the technique in which the owner completed it had to be incorrect. The sugar itself was cold (and I believe it’s supposed to be body temperature or warm) her technique caused so much tugging and pain. I kept the owner informed with my concerns about her technique the entire time. She offered to switch to wax, which I appreciate but the sugar itself wasn’t the problem, it was how it was being done. The “cucumber cooling toner” that she put on after burned for hours. She told me that hives were a normal reaction following sugar. She also got sugar on my scrub top (I was going into work) which thankfully was easy to remove with water. But, it just felt sloppy. The salon itself is beautiful, and I loved the marketing, and the owner was kind and professional. However, I would not recommend the service to anyone.

I’ve been with Hello Sugar for the past two years and everytime I go they show me why I love them so much! I’ve recently been to the Tampa location who I had the pleasure of Ms. Whitley to do my Brazilian, and she was such a sweetheart & very gentle. 10/10, definitely coming back to her again!!
