I’ve been a member for a very long time and have had various waxers, Kenzie was exceptional! So friendly and polite and has good technique! That is so important. I will definitely go back and highly recommend, Kenzie, Tiffany and Faith. My only complaint about the company is their lack of a front desk or receptionist. Everything is online and while it works out at times it definitely is cumbersome at times. The lobby and waiting area is very well decorated and designed! I love the design actually.

I love hello sugar and their employees. Faith and Tiffany have my heart. They do an amazing job and always have the best energy. The 2 things that disappoint is their scheduling system and how you’re not always able to reach an actual person. The 2nd thing is their policies when it comes to rescheduling. Things happen and people are not always able to make their appointments, so when they are trying to reschedule and get charged for that, I think it’s completely unfair. Also not everyone is required to give you guys a reason as to why they have to reschedule. People have personal reasons/issues that sometimes don’t need to be shared with others. I think that’s a violation of a clients privacy to ask that. I understand if someone just doesn’t show up to an appointment and the inconvenience that comes with that but I have never heard of charging someone to reschedule an appointment. Sounds money hungry to me. As previously stated, the ladies who work here are amazing and I have never had an issue, but I do not agree with hello sugars morals or policies.

Scammed. I signed up for a membership a year ago after being told “just sign up for the $15 a month brow wax and then you’ll build up credits and can get a service that costs more!” Well I haven’t gone in for over a year, trying to build up enough for chemical peels, I’m almost to that point, I was very excited because I don’t have much money to spend on these things. I go to set up an appointment and am told that I only have 60 days to use credits. So I’ve gotten ripped off around $180, just flushed down the drain. They also upped the cost to $16 instead of $15 a month and I received no notification/email of any sort. Scheduling an appointment has become a hassle too, it takes 10 or more minutes for text responses. I’m not someone that gets mad at businesses but this is ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone go here. ***Edited review from 1 star to 5. They were able to recoup my credits after this review.

10/10! Yeleny was my service provider and she was AMAZING! This was my first time at Hello Sugar, and my first "sugaring" experience. She instantly made me feel at ease. Yeleny is very knowledgable and extremely skilled. This may have been the fastest and best waxing service I have ever received. And not to mention 10 times less painful that experiences I have had at other studios. I was a member at EWC for a long time, and this service is unmatched. I instantly joined their membership subscription.

One of the best Sugar Experiences I’ve had in my 5 years of this service. Yeleny was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door and made me comfortable for my first visit. Service was quick, and I was very pleased with the result. 10/10 would recommend and will be using both this salon and Yeleny for my future appointments.

This was my first ever Brazilian wax and Faith made it such a smooth and chill experience! She made sure I was comfortable and was extremely kind from the very start. Everything was clean and sanitary measures were being followed, I felt well taken care of and I’m looking forward to being back!

I want to preface this by saying the waxing technician was so nice 🌼 But the reason I gave it two stars is that it was not a complete Brazilian. The inside of my lab** is still full. I wanted to love the service but I was very disappointed that it was a waste of time and money 😣

This was my first waxing experience and I felt so comfortable and at peace. I cannot remember the lady who did my wax but she was amazing!! I feel so good down there… lol! :)
