At the last minute I was in need of a Sugar, and the team at this location was AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and I really loved that their initial paperwork was so inclusive. The tables were large and comfy, and Kiele did a stellar job! I got a full face sugar, and it looks fantastic! I have very sensitive skin, and the toner and treatment at the end was super helpful. Needless to say, I'll be back!

Horible place. They tell you to get there early so I did. Then I checked in 10 mins early waited another 10 mins after my appointment time but no one showed up at receptionist. They tell you it's a $10 fee for no show, how much are they going to pay me for wasting 40 mins of my time ???

Very smooth experience! Anjelica was so kind & made me feel so beyond comfortable- constantly checking to make sure I was ok, with out making me overthink it! First wax ever & definitely plan to go back!

Angelica has been so kind and has been so supportive as I am not experienced with waxing. She has informed me on the best choices for me personally and has created a great environment that encourages me to continue coming in to get waxed.

The appt felt rushed, normally they get it done in 15mins; she got it done in like 5 mins. It was one of the most painful sugarwax ever, she just went in and sugared, didn't do a good just so I get it redone at my normal location @arcadia. Edit: thanks for the manager for contacting.
