Dakota has been such a help. I’ve been getting waxed for years and finally have an esthetician that has gone out of her way to help me figure out the dos and don’ts for my personal skincare routine. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Now I’ve gone waxing all sorts of places here in Austin, so glad I found this spot! Dakota was amazing! I was as really nervous, but she made me feel calm and comfortable. She was super kind, patient and took the time to educate me on after care. Thank you for an overall 5 star experience, Dakota!

Heard about this place on instagram, so I tried to book my first wax at $19 with them back on January 15th,2025. However my esthetician was running late the day of my appointment which i totally understand. So I decided to wait around and I went to the bathroom to find out I started my period. So I texted the number given to me and asked to reschedule. Yet yal are not giving me the same rate because I so called canceled, but how was I supposed to know I was going to get my period that day and that time of my appointment? Make that sound fair?

Dakota was amazing and such a sweetheart I tried sugaring with her for the first time and she made the whole experience easy and painless. She also included after care instructions and looked into the products I was currently using to make sure it had the proper aftercare. I’ll definitely be coming back to have my wax done by her.

Very dirty locations. I’ve been to many other locations including locations in other states and this one is by far the dirtiest. I also feel that other locations I’ve had much thorough waxes. If I’m paying for a service I expect it to be done the right way and the last 3 times the bare minimum was done. I shouldn’t have to go home and tweeze/shave after getting a wax.
