This is not a review of the service, rather it is a review of the costumer service. Google maps showed the wrong distance time and did not show the correct time until right before the appointment (23 minutes updated to 43), meaning I would be 20 minutes late. I called/texted to try to reach someone and let them know so I could know what to do. They gave me unclear information stating that they were running 15 to 25 minutes late. Their policy is that customers could be 10 minutes late so I assumed I’d have the time they’re running late added that grace period due to the nature of the message. I sat outside for a bit but no one came to the door, I assume because they were servicing someone. I wasted gas and money as their customer service is not timely which is unfortunate considering it is such a time sensitive service. I have been offered to reschedule and will update this review accordingly.

I had an amazing experience. Kiana made me feel welcome and at peace. Our session was amazing from beginning to end. I’d highly recommend anyone who’s been interested in trying a Brazilian wax or any other service.
