Got a TERRIBLE “haircut” from Jen. She called it a haircut but it was a trim. Didn’t clean anything up or add layers . Literally cut one big layer in the middle and thinned out the bottom so badly in a “V”. I reached out , sent her pics, she agreed it looked bad, we scheduled an appointment for her to fix it. (At the time I reached out I had not realized it had been 8 weeks since she cut it, as I was truly trying to 1) live with the cut and never go back to her again and 2) give it time to see if it settled better within 2 weeks (as that’s what’s recommended when you get a haircut). When appt was scheduled for fixing it was over 2 weeks but it was explained to her with pics! I go in for my appointment for her to clean it up and she has the audacity to say -“ it’s a haircut not a cleanup”appointment because SHE hadn’t realized it’s been 8 weeks, which she could have told me before I drove 1 hr to her. So because she didn’t realize this, it’s a full price cut fee of $65 even tho she didn’t even cut the first time , rather just took a bunch of hair and cut one layer and thinned it out so much at the bottom to create a “v”. Definitely doesn’t know how to cut textured hair or long hair. RUINED my daughters hair as well, who has curly hair with the most ridiculous chopped cut. We try to be graceful and give people a chance but her attitude is seriously so unprofessional I would never recommend her to anyone. You can get this service at the Walmart salon for $20, with no attitude.

Jen is a fantastic stylist and did a wonderful job with my color update. I needed all over color with highlights. Better outcome than I expected! I’ll be back.

I didn’t realize that I’ve never left a review on google? Jen has been doing my hair for years. She does an incredible job and her prices are always reasonable. Jen is so talented and very willing to help you get to your hair goal without damaging your hair. I love you Jen, you are amazing!!

I have been going to Jen for a few years now, not only is she a great colorist and stylist, she's also an amazing person and friend. I always look forward to sitting in Jens chair. Also- her prices are great and the atmosphere she creates makes you feel so at ease. I won't go anywhere else!

I came to Jen and Hello Gorgeous several years ago after my daughter gave me a gift certificate to get my hair done- and I have been coming back faithfully ever since. Jen is a stylists who really listens to what it is I want and will work with me to make the look happen. She is young, trendy and gorgeous herself and has a very clean salon, very affordable prices and provides excellent customer service. Whether young or old- she can help you with color, cuts, styling, extensions, to name just a few. I know she is so committed to her profession that she has expanded into special event styling for her clients. For all these reasons..... I highly recommend Jen and Hello Gorgeous for all your hair care needs!

I have been going to Jen for nearly 4 years. I always go in with a vision that is hard to explain and somehow she just gets it. My cuts and my color have always turned out amazing. Jen is also very professional, very responsive to appointment requests and very reasonably priced.

I wanted to try somewhere new close to home. I’m super low maintenance so I went in for a trim for the new year. Jen cut and styled my hair making me feel pretty after it was all done.

Very expensive ($175.00). She only retouched the roots of my hair and cuts , the color matching is terrible. My hair from the roots turned out orange instead of a silver tone. Look at the difference between both colors.

Love, love, love her! I was so scared to go because my mom is a beautician and the only one to touch my hair in 20 some years until she hurt her arm and couldn't anymore. I let another stylist cut my hair and it was atrocious so I hadn't let anyone touch it since. My sisters got me a Groupon to HelloGorgeous! For Christmas and so I reluctantly went. I couldn't be happier they had! I showed her a picture of kinda what I was thinking and described the problems I had been having with my hair since I had let it get so out of shape. She felt my hair up, told me what she was thinking based on that and my face shape (a sign of a true stylist) and off we went. I 100% felt gorgeous when I left her chair!!!!

First time to Hello Gorgeous went to find a new hair stylist due to my some what retired due to having twins. The atmosphere was great, Bobbi cut and highlighted my hair and he did an awesome job. Bobbi is my new hair stylist. Also found out they do nails at the same location so now Hello Gorgeous is my one stop salon!!

Nav, is superb. She has helped transform my hair color from black to blonde over a span of 3 months. They recently expanded and opened a pop up shop. Don't be fooled by the humble appearance. This is a great shop. I recommend to anyone looking to update or transform a look. Everyone is very friendly and the vibe is froshie.

The owner is amazing! She is awesome with color, cuts and has a "no fuss" listening style when determining the best style for your hair. She is accomplished, efficient and experienced. Her shop is easy to find, there is ample parking, her taste in music great and she is very personable and patient. She didn't even try to upsell me on the bill at any point and was very genuine in all respects. Take notice Tempe, this is what you used to offer as a community with your amazing local talent! The whole privileged bougie act is not something that I found here. I'm picky and blunt with reviews, whether good or bad. This place is a gem!
