Best haircut I have ever had! Dicie took the time to learn what I wanted and was very meticulous in how she cut and took the time my long hair needed! She was so fun to talk to and I can’t wait to come back!

Cameron did my wedding hair this past weekend and I was absolutely over the moon with the finished result. We did two trials leading up to the big day, with Cameron taking time to research best ways to manage my (surprisingly tricky) frizzy hair that never wants to hold a curl. She came out to the wedding venue prepared and ready and pulled off a gorgeous look I absolutely loved and felt so beautiful in! She also did hair for my 4 bridesmaids who all looked stunning, and finished about an hour ahead of schedule giving us time to eat, drink and relax - the cherry on top of a great experience! Thank you Cameron!

First cut was great, slightly overcharged but no big deal because it was a great cut. This second time I double-checked the price and time frame, cut was finished in less than 25 minutes and two inches shorter than I requested. I specifically said not to my chin, but around or below mid-neck. It is almost to my ears and I cannot style it. I was also overcharged, was blamed for it, and then was told *by the owner* that told I needed to *triple check* when at the chair to make sure. If it was a one-time situation that would be one thing, but twice and with a bad haircut I specifically said I didn't want? I called to request a refund but wanted to talk it out before it got that far, but was talked down to by Rob (who did issue a refund) before he hung up on me.

Cameron cut my hair the shortest it has ever been and was extremely affirming and caring in my decision. The cut I wanted isn’t one that is easy to pull off on everyone and she did a fantastic job. She also took the time to explain how to continue to take care of my particular hair type, suggested different products to use, and hyped me up the whole time. The entire staff was extremely kind during the process and made a point to compliment on the way out. I’ve been telling my friends to go here, and think, if you’re reading this, you should too.

Dicie did an amazing job on my haircut! She took the time to show me how I'd be able to style my hair at home with my tools. It was a relaxing and great experience. Grateful to have found my go-to salon!

I had requested one service and was quoted with one price at the consultation which was around $320 ish by Cameron and never changed my hair color idea because I was told lighter would fry my hair which I completely understand and even thanked her for taking care of my hair. Then I get quoted $600 and they claimed I changed my mind several times the only thing that was added to my appointment was a haircut/ bangs that was it and are telling me I lied I never lied. I also called to see if I could dye my hair extensions and asked a question didn't ask for an additional service or anything just asked. I have the voicemails and the texts of the services I requested and they said I changed my mind several times and never asked Cameron. Meanwhile the receptionist Autumn would go and ask her what I wanted to know or if I had questions. Please save your money and go elsewhere because they will lie and tell you one thing and then say you were the liar.

Charlotte is the best! She is as meticulous as I am about my hair, always takes her time, doesn't go on auto-pilot, and is in general a hair wizard who is always working on perfecting her craft. The salon is beautiful (the ceiling in the hair-washing area is amazing!), super cozy, and everyone is so nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend this salon!

I am so lucky I found Hello Salon not too long ago and I hit the jackpot! Cameron is my stylist and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! She listens, she explains her process & the outcome is always perfect! The entire staff is so welcoming & helpful. Go see Cameron! You’ll be happy you did! And try the tea! It’s delicious! 🩵

I've liked this place in the past but the last time I had an appointment, they apparently scheduled it wrong. I had taken the day off work for the appointment, my stylist told me she couldn't complete a full foil in the time frame the person scheduled it for so my hair wouldn't be fully done. It was a waste of time, a waste of a day off. I opted not to have half done hair and reschedule, they didn't offer any compensation on my next visit for their error and then didn't have time to get me in for two weeks after. I just wouldn't recommend going here with that kind of service.

Jen is amazing. She did the most beautiful balayage on my darling hair, and she did it without any damage or breakage. My hair is fine and she made it look incredible. Definitely recommend. Front desk staff also amazing! Very warm and comfortable!

Like...wow...how do I even describe my experience? I came in for a fade from the barber, Rob Stark. As a Black woman, I was timid to get a cut from a white barber but man oh man, he proved me wrong. We had a wonderful time discussing video games and marvel movies! This fella can really handle men and women alike with the utmost curtesy. I will be coming back and looking forward to calling this place my new salon home.

Love this salon! Vibe is very chill and pretty. My stylist is Dicie! She is amazing, has a ton of great experience and will help lead you on your hair journey instead of just saying, "Do you have a picture?" like some stylists. I can text with the salon to confirm, make or change appointments which is also very convenient.

Such an amazing experience getting my haircut by AK Kelley! She was very friendly and did an amazing job. I stepped out of my comfort zone and got bangs for the first time and she did an excellent job explaining to me how to style them. I will definitely be back to see her!

I'm 74 years old so I've met with several different stylists over the years, all of whom were fine. But....., but the exception is Charlotte. This size one little dynamo has given me the best hair cuts ever! I have never received so many compliments on my hair. After all these years, she stands out as truly the best.
