First time there. Ford cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted. I had a photo of the cut, and really I didn't expect it to be so, so perfect. I had butchered my hair and needed a very drastic cut to correct what I did. The atmosphere, the place, the decor, the staff...all so warm and inviting.

I let Matty have a little of creative freedom with my hair and listened to his input. I am in love with how my haircut turned out. I usually tend to be more conservative with how I cut my hair, but he really opened me to new styles. I will definitely be coming back for haircuts from Matty. Also, the scalp treatment was amazing!!

My hair looks fabulous!!! I’ve always done the same thing over and over again and Stephen gave me an awesome suggestion of going with a neutral brown. I was worried about going brassy and he assured me that if I didn’t like what I got that I could come back to him for a fix it. Well I’ll be coming back and there is no need to fix awesomeness.

I love my hair appointment days because it means I get to go to Helmet Hairworx! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by kind, warm, and welcoming people and energy. You always feel known and taken care of whenever you are there. I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of the stylists either in passing or during a service and everyone is so kind and respectful. You are encouraged to be you at Helmet and I leave feeling refreshed every time. My personal hair stylist is Matty and he is amazing!! From start to finish he takes the best care of you. He genuinely listens to you and will help guide the consultation process to ensure you leave with exactly what you wanted! He takes the time to explain every step and is very communicative throughout the service. He is so kind, approachable, and meticulous every appointment is fun and fulfilling. He cares about my hair as much as I do and has created and maintained the perfect purple hair for me. I recommend Matty and Helmet 100%.
