She was incredibly professional, welcoming, attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The results were perfect—my lashes look amazing, light and feel so natural, and my eyebrows are perfectly shaped and the tint looks natural. I moved to Charlotte 2.5 years ago and was initially worried I wouldn’t find a great lash artist- then I found Morgan, and I haven’t and won’t go to anyone else! Her work is consistently amazing, and she always ensures a comfortable and welcoming environment. Morgan is not only punctual but also incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling. I was so excited to find Morgan at the Salon Lofts in Uptown Charlotte when I moved here, and can walk to my appointment. I LOVE my lashes every single time, I am a hybrid girlie and always so pleased with her artistry! My lashes stay ON too! Her touch is gentle and experienced, which is important and trustworthy to me when my allergy eyes act up. Morgan is kind and dependable. I love the ability to schedule online too, and I’m excited about the new head & scalp spa offering she has. I recommend her to anyone who loves my lashes!

I've been going to Morgan for several years now for eyelash extensions. I prefer a soft, more natural looking lash, and Morgan is simply the best lash technician I've ever seen. She is extremely gentle and very time efficient. Morgan's studio is private, extremely comfortable and clean! Her schedule is open and flexible and booking is very easy and user -friendly. Parking is both safe and free! I highly recommend! Five stars!!!!!

Morgan did a keratriplex hair treatment and a blow out for me. OMG. The service itself was so incredibly relaxing!! The best part is not only did it feel amazing it made my hair look so shiny and healthy. I have been enjoying the blow out for 4 days now and it is still so perfect. I cannot wait to return for another treatment. It’s hard to beat the combination of a treatment that is so good for you and walking out of the salon looking like a million bucks. I cannot recommend Morgan enough!!

Morgan is absolutely amazing! I have been getting lashes for 6 years and she does the most full lashes in such an efficient time. I have very thin/blonde hair and she makes my lashes so full. I often have to change times based on my work schedule and she always is able to accommodate. Her space is clean and comfortable which makes my lash appointments a relaxing break! The Best Pro Lash Tech you can find. I take very good care of my lashes, but when I tell you my lashes stay on for almost a full 3 weeks, they do! Morgan is so kind and professional. She knows exactly what looks good and let's you know her thoughts when asked without making you feel Inferior. Every time my mom flies here from Minnesota, she absolutely says she had to get her lashes done... Lifetime client ( also her space is so beautiful)

I’ve been going to Morgan for 3 years because she’s fast and efficient and her lashes do look great. I go every two weeks religiously for a fill in and always tip her 20%. My recent experience was that I was outta town for 2 and half weeks and tried to get in as soon as I got back but she was on vacation. I had lost a lot of lashes (all most all) and she charged for a full set when it took her the exact same time to do them as my fill ins. So obviously she was not out anymore time or resources. To me this just felt like bad customer service to a loyal client so needless to say I will be taking my business somewhere else!

Morgan is absolutely the best. She is always on time for my appointment and so efficient. Everywhere I go someone asks where I get my lashes done. I would recommend Morgan again and again! Her studio is adorable and easy to park and access. She does a phenomenal job every time. My lashes are always full and last until my next appointment. Morgan is the BEST! I get compliments on my lashes all the time! A friend recommended her to me almost two years ago and I have been going to her since! I had been to a few other lash artists in the area before finding Morgan but her work is so consistent I’ve never thought about seeing anyone else! She also goes above and beyond to cater to her client’s needs. My eyes are much more sensitive to light than her average client so she dims her overhead lamp while working on me which I’m sure makes her job harder but my lashes still come out looking amazing! Morgan also adjusts the way she tapes for my sensitive eyes. From my past experiences I know a lot of lash artists do not like changing from their way of doing things but Morgan is so professional she will make accommodations so that her client is comfortable during the appointment. I usually fall asleep during my appointments because it’s so relaxing.
