Honestly made me feel so calm and cared for during my massage with Cecila and my brow, lash lift with Jasmine. They both took such good care of me and they both did amazing. First massage and lash lift/ brow lamination I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely cannot wait to come back!

First time laser experience and Amanda was AMAZING! Ensured my comfortability the whole time and she was SO patient. However the review would be higher if Niyelli (front desk) had displayed professionalism. She was incredibly unprofessional in her approach to an issue and made me as a client feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed, like I wanted to leave the business and never return! Thankfully Amanda and the fact that I bought a package will keep me going.

Amanda Gallegos is the girl for the job!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh i was afraid to try a new laser tech because the last time this other woman really messed up and irritated ky skinn buuuuuuuuuuuuut Amanda, was extremely phenomenal and she made me feel so comfortable. I felt so welcomed and I also loved the results of my skin.I I'm feeeeeling like a million bucks!!!!! If I could give her more than five stars, she would be for sure, be a ten star laser tech yall need to try her out!!! And NO 1 ELSE 🥰

So, all the staff that work here are AMAZING! They’re super kind, attentive and very supportive through the entire process. Sophia did my hair removal about two years ago and she was GREAT. I went back for new areas of hair removal this year, and now have had the opportunity to have met a second, equally as great technician by the name of Jocelyn. She’s the BEST!! She chats with me while working on me, which makes time fly and keeps my mind off the procedure, so it’s rarely uncomfortable. The results of hair removal astonished me as I rarely have to shave now. I honestly can’t praise the women that work here enough because they’re truly easy going and treat me like we’ve been friends for decades. ☺️ The spa itself is sooooo beautiful, modern and EXTREMELY clean (which is a must)! I whole heartedly recommend this spa to anyone that’s interested in services, which are MANY! I had my first facial this month, and it was incredible… Sooooo, take some time to check this place out and get you a little “me time” by pampering yourself a bit.

I enjoyed the gratification of instant results and no downtime after the treatment. A clean base is key, like you said. I had exhausted all other types of treatments and am glad to have finally found something that works. See you again soon!

YES YES YES!! I’ve been coming with Jocelyn for 2 years now and my results are amazing!! I’m Almost hairless on my entire body. I’ve gotten everything done, from my underarms, sideburns, full face, legs, and Brazilian. The best thing is It’s PAINLESS. They offer unique treatment for each and everybody depending on your hair growth . You are in and out in less than an hour every appointment. There are other financing options available if needed. If you have been waxing or only shaving and hate your results, you need to try Laser Hair removal. I recommend it for everyone!! Best place ever! They are all so kind from reception area to work area. I purchased a Laser Hair removal package and I am impressed by the results. I'm barely approaching my 3rd session out of the 6 and I have little to No hair. Amanda is amazing at what she does. She is very patient and explains everything throughly. Her expertise shows for itself. I am looking forward to a massage in the near future as I've heard really good things about it. 🙂

I went in to get a massage and honestly it was the best. Cecilia (the massager) was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. It is very relaxing, and she gives you the choice either to sleep or have conversation with her. I also got a Deluxe facial and it was great my skin never felt better. It was very relaxing, the environment in the room was nice. The esthetician and the receptionist were very nice. Honestly I recommend this place, 10 out of 10.

Got a much needed massage as I have a fused spine, and it's actually needed regularly. I'm super picky about who I go back to. Cecelia is genuinely THE best masseuse I've ever been to. And considering the number I've been to, that says a LOT! Worth every penny!

I had never got laser before so I was curious to try it out and I’m so glad I did! After the first session I had already seen changes! My armpits were lighter and the hair was taking longer to grow! Amanda is so nice and helps distract you from the pain and even stops when you need her to! I love this and can’t wait for my last session! :)

Love love love this place! I’ve never been one for laser but after my first session that changed immediately. I started with my armpits and the difference I have seen is nothing close to when shaving on a constant basis!!! Now 6 sessions later my armpits look even better. Currently doing other areas and just like my under arms the difference is unremarkable! Not only are the services at Her Med Spa amazing so are the girls! I have never felt uncomfortable nor judged. I’m forever grateful for Amanda and how she makes me feel comfortable every time I have an appointment. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

This is my second time getting a massage with Cecilia. My husband suprised me with one for my birthday, and that was amazing. I had to schedule 3 more after! Cecilia gets to know you, and asks about your needs. It's super relaxing, and she does a phenomenal job.

I went in for laser hair removal and tried their new machine called Soprano Ice. It took seconds and completely pain free! Only warm but that’s it was painless and quick! I was really worried thinking it would hurt. I will be getting my face, armpits and Brazilian. Amanda was great. The only thing I had a bit of an issue with was not being told how to prep for the exam, I had to call and ask what I needed to do, I was also not told I had to not wax for 6 weeks before the treatment. That’s the only thing I wish they would be more on top of. Other than that it was a great experience and the staff is great and friendly. I will be recommending this to my friends and family
