My only concern is I paid to much for what they did and the wait a was to much I spend 9 hours in that place because they want to take to much people at the same time and they forgot about you !! And ask the price before you sit down in that chair so you don’t get surprised like me 😱

Calling twice to setup an appointment, also left voicemail, mesage and they didn't call back or respond the calls. This is my first time calling and im not having the good impression. I hope they can better the way to book appointments online. An update the hours to see when the saloon is open. Thanks.

They will leave you with bands in your hair and not fix it. They will also over process it and then continue to charge you $500 every time you come as if it’s your fault. Save your money and time.

Excelente servicio. Desde la experiencia para hacer cita que ne atendió Victoria creo, hasta el corte hecho por Alondra y peinado. Muy simpática y quedé super satisfecha con el trabajo. Primera vez, y definitivamente regresaría.

No recomiendo para nada esta peluquería, dañaron completamente mi cabello, y cuando fui a poner mi reclamo literalmente me dijeron qie no podían hacer nada por mi fui por un cambio y salí completamente destruida!

Asked for a haircut, showed an exact picture of what I wanted, left heartbroken cuz it was much shorter than I asked for. I left with my hair wet because they told me when I scheduled they were squeezing me in and didn’t have time to, so when I came home and styled it the cut is so choppy and has such thick bulky areas. Super upset

Soo happy! KRIZIA 100% delivered, can’t stop playing with my hair : ) my hair was Down to my butt and pretty much all the same length, having long hair I’m always very hesitant to get my hair cut. I’m completely happy with this hair cut. I showed her pictures, we had a conversation about what I liked/didn’t like, what I wanted to be able to do with my hair and how much length to cut off. My hair now looks good parted in the middle, parted on the side, pulled around in the front, and back behind my shoulders, it looks good up in a pony tail, down in a low ponytail, I could go on 😊thank you girl, you’re awesome!!!
