My tech used the same nail clippers. And supplies on the next lady. Nasty. Realized she used dirty tools on me. Won't return . And I pray I don't get fungus

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve been getting my years done for many years and this is by far one of the worst their technicians are not skilled or competent enough to do the job! I also left my yelp review for others.

Horrible service, I went in for only a fill, during my lunch hour, waited for over ten minutes and they assisted the person that walked in after me after she told them she wanted a full set. They absolutely need better customer service skills.

The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had as a team. Complete stomach turning results. We (as a team) literally support local especially within the north east of El Paso community and stumbled upon this business by the location as well as the reviews. We were placed in a chair and waited over an hour to be attended to. In which the lobby (waiting area) went from FULL to EMPTY THREE TIMES! And I still find myself sitting in a chair awaiting services and to be attended to. I personally as well as a business owner will NEVER recommend this establishment. Didnt even get serviced and left after 2hrs of my time has gone by. Next time please for the sack of customers and their time management male, female, busy, not busy, just be CLEAR on the times and tend to EVERYONE. No waters, no services point blank period or to even offer is CRAZY. 0/10 is I could and I NEVER bring a business down.

went in for a pedicure that was fine but i asked for a manicure with french tip finish and she did not do that she only clean my nails and put clear polish! honestly I could of have done that myself she cut my nails super shorts i let them growth because that way they had space to work with and well nothing so my nails look like nothing was done at all the first lady asked me what i wanted and let her know a second one ask i said the same thing and then the third one came and did bnothing but to clean my nails! thanks

Great Pedi by Gabby. It's important to me that pedicure do not hurt and she was amazing. Haven't had a pedicure that good in years. This is a nice little place I will be coming here now. Price was pretty good too

Never coming back to this place, I was placed with a guy, who was super rude and just wanted to be done with my pedicure and manicure. He would tap on my hand and feet every time he wanted me to move instead of just saying it and seemed bothered whenever I asked for suggestions. At the end, when he came back to give the change, he threw my money at me.

I do absolutely love this place and it is great quality it's just the price that is getting really high for a manicure and pedicure with gel will be about $180.

I have been getting my nails done at this place for a while I alway thought it was pricy but still continue going.However this last Friday I went to get a simple set with a white tip nothing extraordinary. The girl took almost 2 hours and they charged me a lot. I recommend asking for the cost first.. I thought the amount was ridiculous and didn’t even came out as I asked.

We loved it fast prices are great they were not rough and best of all I did not have to speak like sometime you wanna get things done without having to talk I got a pedicure and my wife got pedicure and manicure with gel. They gained two clients!!!
