Kim is absolutely wonderful!! She is very gentle since my nails are sensitive. She is incredibly the kindest person I have ever had. Ask for her if you go to the one on 91st and Thomas, you will not regret it.

This is my go to nail salon, been coming here for quite some time (over a year) ! All Staff is very welcoming, and kind. I always go to Hellen my nail tech, she never disappoints! She’s so creative, and very good at doing nail art, she did my birthday/ Christmas nail set and I was in love. As for the salon itself, always very festive with the holidays, very lively, cute and clean. Mari the manager always has the best recommendations, always welcomes everyone with a smile. For anyone looking for a great nail salon I recommend this one, top tier for sure.

I received a pedicure and it was great. The tech was gentle and helped me with my color choices. My kiddo had a princess manicure and it came out so cute.

Kim did my full set and pedicure. She was so sweet, funny, fast, and just a joy to have doing my nails. She helped me pick a gorgeous color and her technique was amazing. Plus she helped me manage my 2 year old while she did my nails, truly good at what she does and will be asking for her every time I come.

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure from Kim. She was amazing took her time and made sure I loved the end result. The spa is very clean and welcoming. The overall experience was amazing will be coming back for sure.

I had my first experience here and it was better than ok but not great so I guess good. I came with my 3 daughters. We got a Princess Pedi, 2 Basic Pedis and a Signature Pedi with a full set. The Princess Pedi and 2 basic pedis were great. They took their time and treated my girls well. My full set is very beautiful from the shape to the color and I like how I was asked what I want and not pressured I to getting more than what I asked for. Now my Organic Signature Spa Pedicure was less than great. I got everything that comes with it but it was super rushed. She finished the entire pedicure in about 15 mins. I was pretty disappointed. I had to tell her no gel polish 3 different times because she kept asking. Also she kept coughing the entire time without covering her mouth. She did eventually put on a mask but I don't know I'm pretty picky when it come to spreading germs. I expected to received a little more care since I paid more for it. The polish was also done sloppily. Overall everyone was very nice and I did like that my girls enjoyed their pedicures and their polishes were done very nicely.

I walked in, Marisa (I think) she's the Manager. She was so kind, so professional and she took the time with me. She did a beautiful job on my nails. And she doesn't usually do the nails but manage. I am going through a lot right now and she was the best to just make me feel special. Thank you!

My favorite nail place! 10/10 would recommend! Tony(hands & feet) , Hellen ( hands & feet ) , Ana (feet) the decor is so cute they decorate for all the holidays! The receptionists are so nice everytime!

This place used to be good. NOT anymore now they charge for shaping when you get a fill so the base price doesn’t include spending 55 nope it’s 70..!!! Ridiculous

I loved them, my nail tech was Hellen, she did so great, I communicated with her through the whole process she really made my nail vision come true she was very open to what I wanted! (I’m shy and it’s hard for me to speak up) she was so quick! I was so happy with the results thank you so much will be coming back ❤️

I would not recommend this nail salon. For the price they charge, the quality of service is simply not worth it. I got a full set, and not even two weeks later, my ring finger nail tip has already broken. The work looks sloppy overall, and it’s clear they’re rushing through appointments. I felt rushed the entire time, and in their haste, I ended up with cuts on my fingers from the nail file because they weren’t being careful. On top of that, I pointed out to Helen that two of my nails were crooked, and she didn’t even fix them! She insisted they weren’t crooked, brushed off my concerns, and moved on without making any adjustments. If you’re paying for a service, you expect a certain level of care and attention, which this place does not provide. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and a more relaxing experience. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever been the lady didn’t even spend 10 minutes on my pedicure she rushed the whole time my toes look awful and she got upset because I said I didn’t want gel. Herbal Nails and spa in Laveen is 10 times better than this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is all being that there was only 3 customers total in the place. I payed $34 dollars for the worst ugliest pedicure I have ever gotten. 0 out of 5 stars
