Erin is absolutely amazing! She is kind and caring and takes time to listen and confirm what you want. She talks you through her process and tells you what she will do and gives feedback for what will work best for your face shape. Also, super important, I took my daughter to her and she had this conversation with my daughter (the one who's hair she was touching, not me) which is rare and so fantastic. She made sure we both were comfortable and offered drinks of all kinds. We just really had a great experience and will continue to go to her!

Have had many facials by Katie! She creates a calming atmosphere and pays great attention to detail. Educated me on my skin type and helped me find the products to harmonize with my skin. Explanation of the service I was receiving was given at the start of the appointment. Waxing was quick and painless! Will return for services !

Erin Wilder is THE BEST. She is a true artist. I can't recommend her enough- no one else will ever touch my hair. She has seen me through short to long, all kinds of highlights, colors (including purple, blue, red, and normal colors too!), extensions, me changing my mind a million times... and through it all she makes my hair spectacular every time. She really listens and works with you to make sure you look your best without sacrificing the health or integrity of your hair. If you ask her opinion she gives you a straight answer with solid logic on why something would or would not work the way you want it to. Never ever has Erin cut too much, in a way I didn't want, or over texture to cause my hair to be too thin. She is meticulous with color mixing and is a pro at both gorgeous natural shades and super fun colors, whether you want a pop here and there or more than that. I have naturally dark brown hair that is very sensitive to lifting damage and every day wear and tear. Erin not only never damages my hair- lifting low and slow with the right components for protection, she is very well versed in product chemistry so we can find the right products to help me keep my hair healthy. She is also just a fun amazing person who is so much fun to spend a couple hours of your life with every time you get your hair done 😀.

Erin has done my hair for years! I’ve always had short hair/pixies and I get so many compliments from people. Apparently it’s hard finding someone who can make short hair perfect and Erin is definitely the one! She is very skilled at all kinds of coloring and styles. I can’t recommend her enough. The Heritage Hair Lounge is so upscale and intimate at the same time. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

They will advocate for the health of your hair using incredible products, recommending incredible products, and will advise you on a specific plan based on the condition of your hair and the science behind your exact hair type.
