Very rude man. All I asked was that my nails were thin and I didn’t want them filed down too much and he walked out on me saying someone else will do them because I’m too sensitive. Very impatient

I've been going to them since they opened, Hai is great and his new sets last me an average of 2 months or more with one rebase in between. I love their herbal pedis!

They always are able to schedule me close or exactly the appointment time and date. They have a clean and comfortable atmosphere. And my nails are always on point! I get what I want each time and it’s with quality products so my nails are never lifting or easily damaged. Hai and William are my go to techs! 🙌🏼

We were with the services for months and took a break for a year. Took my daughter for prom nails as a last minute, unavoidable trip. $70 for nails with no special designs; clumpy, uneven. Never again!

We’ve been coming here for the last 5+ years. They are always incredibly friendly and create such a warm atmosphere. Sometimes they get busy so always suggest making an appt beforehand. We will continue to stay loyal to them. 10/10

I have gone there 3 times. The first time was great, the last two times were awful. They weren't rude to me thankfully but their quality is really bad. I asked for a simple design and I understand if you don't know how to do it. But don't do an awful job then expect me to like it. I got almond nails and they are not shaped correctly at all. My nails are also very thick. It's my college graduation day and I am very upset with how they look. I will never go back.

I will never go back here. I went in and signed the sheet. A group of 4 went in and signed after me. They took them first. So I asked front desk, she said they had an appt. They should have told me that to begin with and said there was a 20 min wait. I was still waiting almost an hr. later. Poor service. No communication. Not professional.

Did great on the pedicures but the manicures were rushed and they didn't clean up my cuticles and just put polish on. Didn't clean up around the nails and it looked choppy and didn't last even an hour after fully dries along with hair in the polish

I don’t even want to give a one star . I paid $40 for a Deluxe Pedicure & didn’t even get my feet massaged or lotion on my feet . When I complained they did nothing to make it right and still charged me the full $40

I needed a new set for my daughter’s bridal shower. Online says they close at 7pm and I got there at 530pm on a Tuesday as a walk in. The set came out horrible. Wavy and chunky. The nail polish (gel) was thick and not shaped well at all. The lady was clearly in a rush trying to close early. She was not gentle at all. Then she handed me over to her coworker without explaining anything. She met me at the register and only changed her tone when I tipped her and was leaving. I would not recommend this place. There’s plenty other places very close by that do a great job.

I went in and no one was there I was asked to come back in 2 hours. Laziness people not even busy. This place won’t last long with these non-existent customer service skills. What a joke!

My oldest daughter was getting a new set of acrylic nails and my 16 ye old daughter was looking at what services they offer and the lady at the front told her to sit down and don't touch nothing. Very unprofessional and we will not be returning to this place. Sad we really liked this place.

Very disappointed was recommended by another person who stated high standards and value. Which was not made an appointment at 3:00pm for two people got there 10 minutes early and my cousins who was with me had to wait 30 min. Then she shows the nail tech what she wants and he right away says no I can’t with out even trying. The nail tech was very inpatient would say no to everything even a simple heart design. And the end we asked if they could give her a discount and instead she was over charged. Had very high hopes for this nail place and was very disappointed.

Very rude employees. Went in on a Sunday which their Google hours say closes at 6:00. Walked in at 4:55, they said they were closed. I told them their website says closes at 6pm. They laughed and said they don't have a website. I told them when you Google their business it's says 6pm and should fix it. This conversation all happened when they were all at the back of the store. How can they not provide the services if I walked in at 4:55? Lost multiple clients because I make sure to tell everyone not to give them their business. Upon telling people my experience, they also tell me the horrible service they have had there.
