I had a facial with Sierra and she is a skin magician. I walked in with a dull face in need of desperate repair. When I walked out, my skin was radiant and glowing! When she offered me the mirror, I almost hesitated because I am not usually impressed with my own skin, but wow - I was in love. She worked with my budget and didn't pressure me into anything beyond my means, which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back to see Sierra and have her work her magic on my face!

Had my first facial and I can’t recommend this place enough! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and at ease. Sierra did my facial and she did such an amazing job, I can’t wait to come back for another one!

I was new to facials as of three years ago and looking for a place I’d trust who also wouldn’t oversell me. After some trial and error, I landed on Annie at Hey Day and it’s been love ever since. Annie is patient and kind, and uses quality products on my sensitive face after explaining everything and giving me the plan for the day. She’ll add in hand massages and a blanket. I’ve had amazing conversations or I’ve fallen dead asleep and felt amazing every time. The front desk staff is always welcoming and the spa is calm and peaceful but not silent, which I prefer. I look forward to my facials with Annie so much!

My first time here wasn't the best, the esthetician did not explain what they're putting on my face at all and it wasn't worth the 99$ I paid. Then after I filled the survey saying it wasn't worth the price - they offered me another complimentary facial and this time Ananda was great, however I didn't know I was getting an add-on of red light therapy and now my complimentary facial turned into 50$ then tip but I was going to tip anyways. After all, I wouldn't have come back here if I was gonna be charged for like 10 minute of red light therapy for 50$ lol. Compared to a different place I went for 100$ it was not worth it again.

Crystal was amazing! I looked in the mirror after she worked her magic and saw a bright glowing face! I wanted to hug her but didn't want it to get weird lol. I am more than happy to become a new client of Crystal's.

I have never gotten a facial and really don’t know a lot about skincare, but I immediately felt at ease. I loved how much my esthetician Ananda communicated throughout the appointment, she suggested new additions to my daily skincare routine in a way that felt helpful rather than pushy. I’m writing this review a few hours after the facial and I do feel like I’m seeing immediate results, my skin feels really hydrated and glowy! The front desk was also friendly and helpful, the overall ambiance was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Also parking was very convenient! I signed up for a membership and think the costs and perks that come with it are reasonable for the services offered. It was super easy to make an appointment, the app is helpful and the communication before the appointment felt appropriate. Overall I was really impressed by the whole experience from appointment creation to checking out, excited to return!

Ivy is the most knowledgeable aesthetician I have ever encountered. Not to mention, Her hands are like silk. Such a relaxing experience. Best 50 minutes of my life!! A must at HeyDay Lowry!!

My second facial with Ivy and WOW! By far the Best Facial Experience I have ever had. Being a Guy I didn’t know what to expect the first time and it was so Amazing that I had to go for the second time and you will too. Her touch is fantastic and the products she recommended have totally turned my skin around.

Stephanie was very nice and had the perfect amount of talking and relaxing during my appointment. She was knowledgeable and recommended products to me. This was a great experience. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and the facial was relaxing and informative. Tricia explained the process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Great people with amazing products and fair prices. where have you been all my life. i’m sick of overpaying for stuff that doesn’t work I’m very happy i found out about Hayday at my local barbor shop Scotch and scissors. look forward to coming back for the facial very soon! very impressed with there products working super well to clear up some acne i’ve had issues with for months now.

I absolutely loved this place robin was amazing and my skin therapist Ivy was so amazing as well they were so informative and very kind, they really take pride in making sure their costumers come in and leave happy I love how inclusive this company is (it’s what made me wanna book) and also it’s just such a great environment to be in. Heyday most definitely earned a new and loyal member !

I had the most wonderful 50min facial experience at Heyday Lowry. I met with Tali who couldn't have been any sweeter and she really educated me on ways I could improve my skincare routine. I actually felt like I was floating when I left because I was so relaxed during the facial with her. I will be recommending Heyday Lowry to everyone. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and love it! I’ve gotten some great skincare tips, amazing product, and I’ve seen an overall improvement in my skin. I had DeDee today who gave me some awesome cleansing advice and made me feel amazing. Highly recommend Heyday for great facials!

Stephanie has always been my go-to facialist, even when I started as a member in their University Hills location. She has a lot of knowledge about skincare ingredients, always knows what to put on your skin based on your current skin situation, and really passionate about what she does.
