DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES The facial itself was good, but what i was not told is that the serum they used on me was an “enhancement” and NOT part of the package i booked. They charge $99 for it, “but 50% off with membership” - this is a ton of money considering how much the facial cost to begin with, and more expensive than all the other facials they have on the board or on their website - it was their “monthly special” I complained to the store and they simply said that they asked the therapist, and she claims that she explained the pricing to me. I was 100% awake during the session, and i know i would have turned down the extra treatment if it were not part of the package. On top of this, management added - “We understand that during your first service things can be a little confusing and we apologize for not making this as clear as possible.“ Seriously??? Be warned…!

Arielle is amazing! I got a laser facial with her. It was my 1st time and had no idea what to expect during this service. Arielle is very knowledgable and always making sure you are comfortable throughout the service. She also takes her time to explain aftercare by the end of the service. I felt super at ease from start to finish and loved my facial results. Highly recommend receiving a facial by Arielle!!!

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication before I arrived was very friendly and clear, and I received such a warm welcome from Jade at the front desk. The reception area is spacious, and I found that the treatment area to be private and comfortable. I appreciate that the aesthetician checked in to make sure everything was to my preferred temperature and pressure. What I enjoyed the most was learning about how to balance the conditions needed to take care of my skin now as it has changed over time. Amit was very caring and informative. I was glad to work with him. Wish I was a local in NYC (or one of their other locations) so I could take advantage of a membership.

I've been a member of HeyDay for a long time, and have been a client of Nathalie's for a long time as well. I am always so pleased with how my skin feels post visit and that is due to both the professionalism of HeyDay and just how incredible Nathalie is!

Hermia did a great job! My face still felt great the next morning! I've been to other Heyday locations and Tribeca is the best. I have sensitive skin and the products that are used on my skin have never bothered me. I highly recommend Heyday.

it started out with the amazing team up front!! they brought me an amazing tea with honey! they were so easy to chat with and helped me fill out my intake form! i am brand new at the facial experience!! i really enjoyed their personalities and the way i felt valued and cared about! i was then brought to the back and made very comfortable by nathalie! i knew i was with an expert because her skin could be used as the poster person for heyday!! she let me know about everything she would do. she explained each process. it felt really good and she gave great advice! it really was an amazing experience!!!

I've been seeing Naitalya for 6 months now and I've seen SUCH a noticeable improvement in my skin. Whenever I come, it is a nice, relaxing experience and I always enjoy chatting with Naitalya. She also recommends great products in my price range. It is a relaxing experience and she has scaled up my skincare routine perfectly over the past 6 months to keep it manageable. Would highly recommend!!

I had to post and review immediately because Eva S. blessed my face!!! I just started my membership yesterday, so went for my first facial with Heyday today and I added on gua sha. I have normal skin around my cheeks but the typical T-zone, congested pores mostly around my nose and chin. Hydration is always an issue too. After the oil cleanser, my skin felt brand new. After the exfoliant, even better. I was so pleasantly surprised by what the right products could reveal on my skin. I am a minimalistic girl, and stick to products I know, but I really felt that the products used on me were going to be my new favorites so I got the cleanser, the 4-in-one outset serum, a moisturizer, and a mineral tinted SPF. The facial massage and gua sha were incredible too, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I told Eva I was having a religious experience! And all the while, Eva is checking in with me, explaining what each product does, giving tips for all the items I wanted addressed by the facial and overall skincare tips. She made sure I was always comfortable, made great small talk, so easy to chat with! I loved every minute of my experience today. THANK YOU!

I’ve been coming to Heyday Tribeca since last February, and my skin has improved drastically, due to the work of the staff here and my current aesthetician Adrienne A.. She does an excellent job, explains the purpose of everything she does and has helped me understand products. The vibe at this location is always great, and makes someone like me, who got maybe 2 facials ever before I came here, feel comfortable.

I always have a 5-star experience at Heyday Tribeca. The minute you step in and are greeted by the friendly front desk staff, the relaxing atmosphere is set. The estheticians at this location are of course top-notch, managing to find the perfect balance between personable and professional. Most recently I had a facial with Zen and could not be more happy with my actual facial experience, and the results afterward. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to feel pampered!

I had a wonderful dermabrasion facial with Amit who created a relaxing session while also communicating all the steps of the facial very clearly. Amit was knowledgeable,, skilled, and took great care in refreshing my skin.. I highly recommend this esthetician!

I’ve had the best experience with Arielle! I started my journey with her in the beginning of this year. She has helped me to tackle my acne prone skin by minimizing break outs and reducing scarring. With the current break I am taking from our monthly sessions my progress still shows from me following her product recommendations and skin care advice! 10/10

Eva HEALED MY SKIN! If you’re looking for an esthetician to change your life for the better, Eva is the one. I used to have cystic breakouts and I was so insecure about my oily uneven texture. After months of visits with Eva, I no longer have those breakouts and she helps manage my oily trouble spots, like my forehead. She knows the right products and for all skin types (along with the ingredients in them) and is extremely knowledgable and passionate about her craft. Don’t even get me started on her magic touch! When applying products, she gives your face a massage that sends you to cloud 9. Ask her about enhancements also! I got the micro current treatment that definitely made my skin feel tighter. I don’t know what I would do without my guru Eva guiding me on this skincare journey!

Eva at Heyday Tribeca is the real deal! So many estheticians I've seen recently only use the machine for extractions which doesn't really get everything. But Eva used the machine and manual extractions by hand as well! She explained all of the products she was using and my face has never felt so thoroughly clean 🤩 I can't wait to go back!

i’m a forever customer after my first visit. Mariel was amazing! she took her time and explained how to improve my skin routine. We went over all the products I used and suggested better products from my skin type. I did have some products at home that I thought were helping my skin, but she explained how some of the products I was using, were not the right ones for me and suggested different products based off my oily skin, which has been hard to do on my own, but now I have a better understanding of what works for me and what doesn’t. The staff overall was amazing as well. I was running late and I was able to call them and let them know I was 10 minutes behind. They were very understanding and i was seeing immediately. I highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Simon is the one you’re looking for! I’ve been to a few esti’s here and a friend recommended Simon. He was super thorough with extractions but gentle, his facial massage was great and he gave me really helpful recommendations for my skin. I’ll definitely be returning to him.
