I had an amazing experience during my facial! Chela was incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional throughout the entire session. She made sure I felt comfortable and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. Her expertise & kind demeanor truly stood out. She’s such an asset to Heyday, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I’ve recommended this location to a few friends because of Chela & the level of care she provides.

I’ve been getting facials from Nuvia for a year and she is INCREDIBLE! She takes the time to get to know you and your skin and has the best recommendations for where your skin is at and what your goals are. She’s so fun to chat with but also gives you your quiet time to relax. And her touch is so relaxing. It’s almost better than a massage. She really makes you feel so relaxed and you walk out of there glowing! I so look forward to my monthly facial with Nuvia!

I’ve been going to Nuvia for more than a year now and she is an absolute gem of a human being and a fantastic esthetician. She has always worked to make me feel confident in my skin and helped me with any concerns I might have with stellar advice and treatments that have made my skin glow. She has truly helped me understand my skin is a worthwhile investment and the results speak for themselves; I’ve received consistent compliments from friends, family and coworkers. I’m so glad to have found someone who has made me feel and look fantastic!!!

The front desk team was incredibly kind. I am postpartum, and they gave me a room to pump in before my appointment. My esthetician, Harris, was wonderful. He did a great job, provided me with valuable education, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy and postpartum.

I had a fun ladies' day at Millie's Cafe and Heyday. It's a fun area to hang out in, though parking can be a pain. My technician, Jeni, was fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted to get out of the session and gave me a lot of helpful information. And she gave a great facial! I look forward to booking with her again.

I’ve been coming and seeing Corinne for almost a year now and no one has touched my face since ! As always Corinne was amazing ! I always take her advice on what to do with how my skin is that day and she’s always incredibly knowledgeable and knows the perfect enhancement to help! I have the membership so that I come every month and we have worked together to figure out the best treatment for skin. Corinne is so lovely and makes the experience perfect whether I want to relax (fall asleep) or yap the whole time:) She’s always has recommendations for me on products and what she thinks will genuinely help, in a variety of price ranges, and while they offer and have great products you can buy (I have bought the Dr. Loretta Gentle Hydrating cleanser and love it!) but both the front desk staff and Corrine are never pushy about buying things.

I never write reviews, but going here was the worst decision I have literally ever made for my skin and I want to keep people from making the same mistake. It's now been about two months since my 50 minute facial appointment and my skin has still not recovered from the damage it did. I went in with almost completely clear skin (they only had to do two tiny extractions) simply wanting a bit of glow since I had gotten my skin in such a healthy place, and within two days of the treatment my entire face broke out with malassezia folliculitis. I broke out in tons and tons of bumps and whiteheads all over my forehead, bridge of my nose, neck, cheeks -- all spots I never normally breakout. And let's be very clear, I have never had a fungal breakout on my face before, there were no other changes in my routine, and since I just assumed it was a bit of purging at first it just continued to get worse and worse until my entire skin barrier was ruined. Since that appointment, I have been dealing with almost 10 straight weeks of breakouts, itching and discoloration unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life when before I really only ever dealt with small breakouts around my time of the month. It took finally having to go to a dermatologist that said the damage to my skin was likely from an unsterile environment or an overhydration of the skin with the facial that spurred me to finally write this review so other people can avoid going through the same experience I did. Be very, VERY careful who you trust with your skin.

Corinne is the best! I'm super afraid of putting my skincare in the hands of a stranger, and I saw Corinne had good reviews and was in desperate need of a facial, and she's simply the best. Not only has she helped me rebuild my skin barrier, and was able to explain exactly what was going on with my skin, but she's an amazing skincare educator!

This HeyDay location is amazing! I was super struggling with acne for a couple months and Debbie really helped me clear up my skin and clear up my acne scars, she is amazing!!! I can’t recommend her enough! Harris was also incredibly generous with his insight and they both seemed so invested in the progress of my skin. All the recommendations Debbie has given me so far have been really helpful. The lovely people in the front area (like a more relaxed front desk area) have also been super sunny and kind. The environment is professional, clean, and friendly and it feels like a treat every time I go.

Not worth it and won't return. I would rather pay more for a true spa experience, or less for another neighborhood spot that offers a similar type of experience for a much sharper price. It's loud, which normally I am not picky about the "open air" type feel but I expect that to be a trade off for price and I don't find the savings here outweigh how loud and distracting the environment is. I also expect the staff and the patrons to understand it's meant to be a peaceful environment, but when I was here no one seemed to have any regard for maintaining a peaceful vibe and I found it impossible to relax and enjoy my experience. The facial itself was just okay. I did like my aesthetician and the products used, so a star for each of those. I did not like the extraction portion - only my nose was done even though I have more congestion in my chin, I found that really odd. I opted for an add on, and it was overpriced relative to other neighborhood spots. I came with a friend and we both felt the same way - won't be returning. UPDATE: despite their response they did not reach out to me directly.

Amazing facial from Harris! He gave me a lymphatic facial massage that was next level omg.. for someone who clenches their jaw and has a hard time relaxing their face it was exactly what I needed and my jaw still feels more relaxed than normal 3 days later. He gave me a lot of feedback on my skin during the facial which I loved, and was just pleasant and fun to hang with for those 50 mins :) Thank you Harris I will def be back and am already planning to bring my mom in!

Corinne is the most fantastic gem of an esthetician. She is sooo thorough and so passionate about her work. So detailed and knowledgeable, you can tell she has years of experience. I come out looking sooo sooo good each time I visit her. Almost like I need to plan a date to show off my skin!!! Ha! She remembers our conversations and actually cares about me as a client which keeps me coming back. Can’t recommend more. Also, Lauren at the front desk always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. She’s so respectful and professional. It makes a difference!! Thank you! Coming back for you two.

I absolutely love Heyday’s Silverlake location. It has a clean, welcoming environment. The reception staff are always super friendly and accommodating whenever I come in. If I have an appointment or just want to shop for products they always share genuine and helpful experience with the products they have and services they offer. I have been coming here since September of 2021- and had a good experience with every esthetician i saw. After trying 3-4 different people to find my right fit I found Jeni! I have been seeing Jeni M. for my facials since February of 2022- and I hope I never have to see anyone else ever again- I don’t know what I would do without her. She is incredible, my skin has never looked better. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful my skin is. Jeni is an insightful teacher, she makes sure I am continuing to use the right products at home to maintain a routine that produces results, and that I am not using products that will hinder my progress. I had very dehydrated skin with persistent acne in my jawline area when I first started seeing her and after consistently keeping appointments with Jeni my skin has cleared up and stayed clear. My facials are always tailored to whatever skin issues I am having at the time- and I leave feeling at ease and glowing. While everyone facial is beneficial, having the membership and going consistently has really made a difference. If you were like me and felt lost about where to start with skincare and worried about how to maintain a routine that is not complicated and actually works Jeni and truly any of the heyday team at silverlake will get you there.

I go to Hey Dey monthly. I see Alexia. She is truly a face wizard. I get complimented a lot on my skin and I know it’s because of her skills, her amazing talents as an esthetician. She does gua cha, microdermabrasion anything you need. She recommends amazing products. I have sent so many people to her, including my husband. Her face massage will make you fall asleep and fall in love with her. She is also a movie buff so I love discussing movies and books with her while I am there. They also have great products, a lovely knowledgeable staff. Thank you Hey Dey for thank you Alexia.

Very basic and OVERPRICED, Esthetician add on the enhancement in the room WITHOUT telling me the price (Chemical Peel and LED Light that she put over my face not even 10 minutes) and end up almost $250. And the solution is I have to apply membership to get the discount, never again go back to them.
