Not at all what I might’ve expected. The massage was ok, the lady spent more time on my back then any where, she left the room and left the door cracked open while I was laying on the table undressed twice. There was no introduction or explanation of anything, just not very professional IMO. And then when asked if they could make change for money they patted their self and looked goofy. Not somewhere I will return to or recommend but there are plenty of other decent reviews. It was nice that it was within a good distance from home that’s the best thing I could say.

Went today for 4 massages for my sisters bday. No idea how these tiny women have the strength they do but the best super deep tissue I’ve ever gotten and I’ve had quite a few. Only thing they could work on some is the ambience of it. Louder music that doesn’t stop and lower the lights so u can really relax. But seriously I’ll be back even if those things never change lol

Me and my husband had a couples massage and it was by far the best massage I've ever had ,Emily and Ana did an amazing job and we will be back ,the business was very clean and relaxing environment.

Me and my wife did a couple massage. The price was $60, and it was better than some $90 dollar massages I have had. It was clean, lots of oil on your back, and just the right pressure. I was very pleased and will be back. Usually I drive all the way across town for the same thing and pay more.

Massage was way too hard it was very uncomfortable! The lady kept leaving out the room to assist the front desk. And not only that they demand TIPS!

They were very nice! Everything was great! I'm going to add it, monthly for me and my wife. Self care begins with taking care of yourself first! Just, remember! Too, hydrate your body after a massage. So, that the muscles can now get the nutrients that it needs!

10/10 This place was amazing I was extremely pleased with the service and the massage was perfect. She did such an amazing job. I am actually upset that I’m just now trying this place. I could have been going for months now. This will be my regular place from now on

I had my massage this afternoon and I was a little hesitant at first because I was the only person in the building besides the masseuse but man I am glad I stayed. She was phenomenal. At first it was a lot of pressure but when I told her to lighten up a little she did and it was awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I read the reviews and they definitely do not demand a 20% tip on booking plus she was very professional the entire time.

The massage was too rough and painful. She kept going over top my bones & pressing too hard in one area over & over. My arm started going numb during the massage. I woke up having pain because of the massage. I told her my problem areas & she completely didn’t listen and massage everything else but those areas. They are demanding about the tip also. I feel like I just paid to cause myself more pain. I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone. Xin on bardstown road is a much better option, I got there all the time and leave feeling better.

Very attentive,professional and relaxing. I've broken my back in 2 places, upper and lower. As a long haul driver I never know when I can make appointments so the flexibility of thier walk in works great for my schedule. Excellent therapeutic massage.

When I traveled to Louiville, my friend recommended this massage shop. It was great. I called in advance to make an appointment, so I didn't wait long. The price was very close to the people. The environment was spacious, bright and clean. It wasn't as dark as other massage shops. The room was soft with music, which was particularly relaxing. Finally, it was worth mentioning that Emily was the most professional masseur I had ever met. She helped me to get rid of the fatigue of traveling .Very relaxed. So I left a tip of $40. Five stars recommended. I will definitely come again next time.

Worst massage ever and they demand a 20% tip up front before the appointment. My advice don’t waste your money find an actual massage therapist because this place does not have any.

Wow! Just wow! Perfect massage, I’ll be back for sure! Nice clean relaxing atmosphere and very professional, even offered me a complimentary water. I had a deep tissue massage with stones!
