Obsessed with Alexa is an understatement. I look forward to seeing her each month for a facial, knowing that I’ll leave her chair with glowing skin and a happy heart. I fully trust her, from dermaplaning, to peels, to product recommendations. I can’t wait to try microneedling from her soon. I’ve been going to Hi, Skin for about two years, and I won’t be stopping! The support staff, especially Riley, are really fantastic too.

Alexa is amazing, I’m one of her regulars and she’s always so good at making people feel comfortable in the chair. She literally saved my skin, it is the most perfect it has ever been. Like, I look glowy on days I don’t wear makeup perfect. She fixed my raccoon eyes with tough love (bye lash serums :( ) and is truly such a welcoming person! Book with her, I promise you’ll want to come back for more.

Mackenzie was so kind and informative. I got “The Really Good Facial” with a dermaplane and it was so relaxing. Mackenzie was really great and sweet and I will definitely be coming back! I left glowing with amazing skin and the whole process was so refreshing and 10/10!

Okay I just want to give Samantha a huge shout-out, I literally had just cancelled my memberships went in for one last facial and once she hit me with my facial massage I instantly regretted my decision. All of the girls there are great but for some reason this time around I just fell in love with Hi,Skin all over again. The fact that she was very experimental with my facial this time around made things new and exciting for me I've been a year long member and I sort of already knew what I was going in for. She surprised me with a hot feel type of mask and cooling wands. I instantly felt refreshed 💕 Thank you Samantha, I will be back!

I have been a member at this location for a year now. I'm in process of moving to Tempe and will have to go to the Scottsdale location now as it'll be closer, BUT to get to the heat of the meat, I cannot recommend this place enough. For context, I have been cursed with eczema on my scalp and face, leading to periodic flare-ups, flaky skin, generally not a good look in the facial department. I decided it was time to do something about it and started coming here after doing some research. It is not your typical skincare spa and resort, but more so a facial that is personalized towards your main areas of concern. The studio is not loud - bear in mind sometimes we sacrifice small comforts for big results. The staff is fantastic. The results for me and my skin are great. They do typically recommend some products that are also personalized. To some people it can seem a bit salesman-ish but theres always a chance you can ask for a sample. In other cases my esthetician has simply asked if I needed to stock up on products. If you become a regular member you'll of course be able to stick with the same person and start building a client relationship there, so just some things to consider. There are many places out there specifically designed to give you the full cucumber-eye pampering experience, but if you're anything like me and want to keep your face in good healthy condition skincare-wise, it is worth the investment if you are willing to dive in.

Kathleen is my aesthetician and she is the absolute best. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is professional. She can diagnosed a person skin. She can see what a person needs to address. She knows the products inside and out, I feel I’m in very good hands.

My first ever facial. I’ve always been nervous due to my sensitive skin. Hi skin made it a wonderful experience! Samantha, my aesthetician, was warm, friendly, listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the process. She recommended a dermaplane treatment that was VERY effective. My skin looks and feels radiant, hydrated and soft. Lastly I appreciate they only recommended useful products not an entire product line so I never felt “sold to”. I would highly recommend Hi Skin and would go back.

I want to start off by saying everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and very kind. Customer service is 10/10. But the experience, not so much. It could be because it was my first time, so I was unclear of their process. I can’t quite pick up the vibe of this place. They had spa-like music which tells me they are promoting a peaceful environment, but then there’s no sense of peace when the aesthetician behind me is having a full blown conversation with her client. Loudly. I felt like I was in a gossipy nail salon vs a peaceful self-care environment. I also understand it’s part of the process to educate the client with products they’re using, but it’s disrupting everytime she goes in to touch my face. Do I respond? Do I just nod? Ignore? I don’t know. Again, everyone was wonderful but just a hard environment to enjoy the service in.

UPDATE: I had the most amazing facial with Alexa! I have been coming here for six months, and she was by far my favorite esthetician. She was super sweet and knowledgeable on what my skin needed. Her sculpting facial massage was soooo good! She helped me get prepped for my upcoming vacation, and my skin glowed the entire trip! Definitely recommend coming here for a facial with Alexa. I loved my better facial! My skin is normally super sensitive but it reacted in an even better way than I thought it would. I will definitely be back!
