My friends and I, found this place from ads. We came for a weekend trip and fit perfect for us. Super clean, friendly, and nice place. We love are personalized facial, recommendations, and the attention! Recommend 100% wish we have this place at home.

Had a great experience at spa. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Though I did pay extra for Dermaplaning And when I got back to my room and looked in the mirror, there was still quite a bit of stubble on my upper lip and chin area, which is frustrating when you pay $65

Alissa was kind and professional. The environment was clean and inviting. The facial was good, but nothing special. If this was my first facial ever and we were in a small town, I’d probably give it 5 stars. But this is Scottsdale; I’ve received many facials over the years all across the valley, and this one was the least special and most forgettable. There was no steaming of the face. There was no scalp, neck, shoulder, or hand massage (this would be easy to do during the red light therapy or masks). They don’t put any product on the neck or décolletage. The music was pop with heavy bass (I would have preferred spa-like, relaxing music). When she wiped product off my face, she dragged the towel downwards instead of an upwards motion. You never want to pull the skin downward as that encourages sagging. Again the facial wasn’t bad, but I will not be returning.

if you are interested in a facial and are unsure you should come to hi skin or not please let me convince you! i booked a facial for my brother and i as a christmas gift maddison was my specialist and i can't recall my brothers specialist :(, but both were phenomenal. both ladies spent an hour on our faces with specialized and customized treatments/products for our specific concerns. i was so relaxed the entire time and never once was in pain with any products or treatments. maddison was so gentle, informative, kind, and helpful when suggesting product. my skin looked like a glazed donut afterwards and i got so many compliments of how fresh and glowy my skin looked thank you so much hi skin team you were amazing and i can't wait to come back again! do yourself a favor and treat you + a loved one during the holidays. this truly was such an amazing gift!

I came in with a ton of questions about products and some skin concerns I’ve been struggling with, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My skin has never felt better! Left the appointment glowing and feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic facial today with Maddison! I’ve had very dehydrated, dull skin since having my baby and I have definitely been lacking on skincare routines. I left with my skin feeling so refreshed, clean, and glowing!! My favorite part was her massage, it was so relaxing and very much appreciated. I also opted for Dermaplaning, and I’m so glad I did. She was so knowledgeable and all the products used were clean and natural. I will be coming back to see Maddison and am looking forward to my next facial at Hi, Skin.

Overall best place in the valley to get a facial and I’m definitely considering the membership. The only thing I would say that I didn’t care for was the aesthetician said one price for the add-on and then when I went to go check out, it was another price, but that definitely didn’t change my mind. I definitely will be going back.

Randomly found this place through instagram while was on vacation. Decided to treat myself and did not regret. Absolutely amazing experience, my skin is glowing! Got into the beautiful hand of Addie P. 11/10 experience! Definitely would go again!
