This place advertises deals on Groupon to lure in business. They do not disclose any limitations on days/weekend, holiday weekends, etc. When called, they had plenty of open availability for appointments. However, they denied the reservation because it was a Groupon purchase. And due to the busy weekend, they will only reserve appointments for full paying customers. If there was a disclosure on Groupon, no problem. But there is not. This is bad business practices. For 'owning' or 'running' many salons for the past 20yrs as it said, they must have went out of business or were ran into the ground. I have zero respect for people who bait-n-switch, demand tips that reflect amount valued for service than actual paid (I gladly tip very well for excellent service, I need not be instructed too), offer a service without limitations but then add limitations in order to fleece more money from clients, etc. Bottom line.. values dollars over customer loyalty. Re: As for your reply, if you actually read things you would know I said that we were told there WAS available appointment times. BUT, you are NOT going to let people with Groupons take those appointment times this weekend and you are ONLY going to reserve those times for FULL PRICE PAID appointments ONLY. Is that clear? This is verbatim of what was said on the phone call when we tried to setup an appointment. And as I said.....I TIP VERY WELL when I get quality and respectable service. “Bernard” is the worst hair dresser I’ve ever had. Bad attitude, arrogant, didn’t listen, over dramatized badly doing my hair to make me feel bad for using the Groupon he advertised. Overall awkward experience with an emotionally immature old man. When I came in he started treating me like trash and after I said I wanted a trim and color touch up; he left my hair fried and patchy in color, choppy, and short after I said I wanted to keep the length. He was rough and I could hear my hair breaking while he was combing and arranging it. I kept my patience with him, I’m not high maintenance or asking for magic. I’m not one to be picky about the process if the end result is decent, but he did a bad job on purpose. He looked ashamed under the fake, miserable smile, but overall determined to make sure I had a miserable experience because he was having a bad day or he was upset I used a Groupon.

Bernard tells me that he will honor the Groupon price, but don’t buy the Groupon just come in. As I sit in the chair I confirm price and Bernard tells me that the blow out will be an additional $30, and the toner will be another $30. Really? After we confirmed prices, I drove over and sat in your chair right before a holiday week. Really? So I googled hair salons in Weston, drove to another salon and got my hair done. I don’t mind paying, but I hate bait and switch. Shady business practices Bernard. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Nice salon in the back section of a larger salon. Bernard did a great job with my root touch up, trim and one of the best blow outs I've ever had. (I've got long straight hair.)

Great salon to have your hair needs taken care of. Lots of experienced and creative hair dressers - men and women. Many husband and wife clients get their hair done here!

Nightmare Ombre done by one of their stylists. Bernard was rude and dismissive when I tried to complain. Do NOT do business with these people...they're very nice unless something goes wrong.

Bernard is not only the best colorist in town but is the first person to cut my hair where each & every strand falls into place weeks later. His staff is friendly and makes you feel at home as soon as you enter the door.
