The only place in Dallas where I will get a manicure/pedicure. Everyone on staff is so helpful and polite. Every time I go in there I feel more relaxed and enjoy the ambiance. Marianne is the best and always works magic. She does such a good job making sure I’m comfortable and have an overall great experience. I won’t go to any other place in town.

I had a massage with Allie and was beyond satisfied with the service. The pressure was perfect, she focused on exactly the areas I needed and asked for, she was super kind and told me exactly what to expect, and the facility had great accommodations.

Had a facial by Rhiana this evening. She was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel so relaxed and radiated such positive energy! I will definitely be back for another treatment with her!

The “membership” policies are predatory. If you want to cancel and have to give 30 day notice, they charge you again during that 30 days. So if you are unhappy, you have to pay for another service whether you want it or not. It’s a total scam.

I’ve generally had great experiences at Hiatus, but I strongly recommend avoiding the gel manicure upgrade. I paid $$$ for the Epic gel mani/pedi, and within just 12 hours, two nails chipped—this was only the beginning, as more nails began slowly chipping soon after. I’ve had gel manicures at many other salons and have never had issues like this, certainly not within such a short time. I called the following morning and left a voicemail, but still waiting on a response. What’s even more frustrating is that a regular manicure I got here with their cheapest polish option lasted a full week without any chips. While I’ve been happy with other services, I wouldn’t recommend the gel nails here. Save yourself the money and go to your local nail salon if you’d like to have your gel nails last more than 12 hours.

My massage preference form I filled out was not provided to the masseuse. In my card I specified no talking, but my masseuse tried to have conversation for about half of the session. The pressure intensity of the massage was not consistent. I had to ask for them to be more firm. The front desk is pushy when attempting to convince you to do a monthly subscription, even if you say no thank you twice.

Shekitah is amazing. She has magic hands. Her pressure was perfect and she addressed all of my problem areas and I feel great. Andrea was fantastic. I treated my daughter to a birthday spa treatment and Andrea left her skin glowing. She said she almost fell asleep towards the end. Highly recommend these ladies!

Provided me an entirely different service than I booked for. When I emailed them providing feedback, they ghosted me entirely. 2 stars because the service itself was good, but paid roughly $120 for a service that wasn't what I wanted.

I had an excellent experience for an intense deep tissue massage. The masseuse Brinna was absolutely phenomenal. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely come back again.

I'm not sure where to start. What a terrible experience. I scheduled a 90 minute massage which I ended at the 60 minute mark for several reasons. 1. The massage was terrible. I can't believe the therapist was licensed. It consisted of her digging her knuckles into me and just rubbing me up and down with lotion. I could have done it at home. It was in no way shape or form a "professional" massage. 2. I was so COLD. Ultimately this is why I ended the massage. I told her I just couldn't enjoy it. I could feel her hands were cold and the lotion she was using was cold. 3. They do absolutely nothing to manage the noise in the halls so the entire time I can hear these girls yelling and they continue to do so while in the lobby. I have never been to an expensive spa where they do not insist on Quiet. There wasn't a single minute of this massage that I was relaxed. The cherry on top of all of this is that they OVERCHARGED me for a 75 minute massage! Not only should I have received a discount but I DEFINITELY shouldn't have been overcharged. I will never, ever go back there and I recommend that anyone thinking of going there instead consider "Spa Habitat" in Uptown.

First time here for a late Mother’s Day facial. The spa is gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing!! I booked the 90min “Tailor Made” facial with Jessica. I opted for two add-ons at time of service- the energizing scalp treatment and the Gua Sha treatment. Jessica is AMAZING!! Top tier service. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She gave some great recommendations too and I cannot wait to come back and book with her again!!

Every time I am at this location, I have a great experience! I have been a hiatus member for almost 5 years and I've been seeing Andrea for my tailor-made facial several times a year. She is knowledgable, always provides a relaxing experience, and always provides guidance with all of my skincare questions. I've also loved my mani-pedi experiences, Brittany is so gentle and so precise! I've never had a better manicure. The monthly membership is worth it! Plus you can visit other locations!

I really like Hiatus and I usually visit the Inwood/Lovers location but sometimes it's hard to get in touch with them via phone. I wanted to book an Hydrafacial and, being something that can't be book through the app, after few attempts, I opted to call the "hill" location. They were very nice and accomodating and I was able to book the treatment easily. I was quite pleased with the service! Andrea V. was just fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure I had the results I wanted! I must admit that this Hydrafacial experience far exceeded my last one at the Inwood facility. My skin looks beautiful and glowing, and I am really pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely visit this location again and I am looking forward to working with Andrea again.

Truly a wonderful experience and great investment as a busy woman! I’m an H-Circle Member, which encourages me to take time out of my busy schedule to take self-care day. I switch between massage and facials -and take advantage of various low cost add-ons, like scalp massages or hot stones. Because I rarely plan ahead (typically book morning of or day before), I’ve always chosen ‘Any Staff,’ and have not been disappointed. Since I’m on the run, I always use the showers and amenities like hair gel in their well stocked locker room. Quick and easy, no fuss. Get the membership!

I had the 90 minute signature massage today with Ally and the entire experience was so amazing and relaxing. This was my first time and I already want to go back. So much tension and pressure released and the staff are very nice and accommodating as well. I can’t recommend Ally enough, she did a wonderful job and was so sweet. Definitely will be back!

I've been a member at Hiatus for years, and I love their massages! I've been seeing Jelani for the majority of those years, and he is amazing. He's always got the right amount of pressure during the massage, and I leave feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. The space at The Hill location is also beautiful with a lovely, calming waiting room to enjoy some extra zen before your service. Highly recommend booking a massage with Hiatus, all of their therapists are wonderful.

The massage was incredible, but once I got out ready to pay I wanted to purchase of couple skin care products, that’s where the problem started.. the guy that was checking out had noooo clue on any of the prices and said his scanner was off, so I asked him well can you turn it on since I need to know how much I’m sending on this products, so he did and I kept asking about a specific product which he faves me 3 or 4 different prices lol he said he had no idea about any of the products (which to me means they need more training) and instead of chitchatting they should maybe learn details and prices of everything they are selling. He proceeded to call another worker (girl) which was soooo rude to me (apparently we were interrupting her lunch break) so I kept asking her questions and completely ignoring me. Unbelievable.. that whole situation was so stressful that basically the calming non stress massage feeling went away lol. I feel so disappointed, I usually go to the location in Inwood which I will no stick to that because this location just sucks. Please offer more training to your workers and let them know they need to be helpful and kind to customers and make the entire experience less stressful since you are coming out of a relaxing massage.
