I got a massage here recently and it was amazing!! It was so relaxing. I had Amber and she was so attentive. She was constantly checking in with me about the pressure and if I need anything. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

I got the Comeback massage with Nina on Jan. 11 and she did a fantastic job as far as technique. One of the concerns I had was that the relaxing music cut off right at the beginning and didn’t turn back on until the last 5 minutes. I was able to hear people in the hall and in the room next door and it was not relaxing at all. I mentioned this to Nina and she just said it must have been an issue with the front desk but didn't do anything to fix it. In addition, I was confused because I paid extra for a head massage thinking that it would be added after my 60 minute massage, but i was out of the room in a little less than 60 minutes. This was my main concern and didn't seem right to me. I would have hoped to have gotten the full 60 minutes massage and then the head massage on top of this. I think there needs to be further clarification on this especially if you are paying extra! If I had known I would have been shorted massage time in order to get the scalp massage I would have passed and saved the $10. In addition the bathroom was out of supplies such as hair ties, brushes, etc. Luckily I had a gift certificate to pay for this service because I would not be happy to spend my own money and receive the experience that I did. If you go, I would make sure you clarify that you are getting the full time for your massage plus any add ons. Nobody likes to feel like they aren't getting their moneys worth.

I came here for a pedicure and massage. The massage was nice. The pedicure was not worth the price. They barley soak your feet/get them wet and then my feet were cold the rest of the time and she barley massaged my legs. I would’ve rather spent $70 at a basic nail salon and gotten a full treatment and not had my feet freezing. I did request hot stones for my massage but the masseuse did schedule our time well enough and I did not get them which was fine since I did book a shorter massage time but I believe he was running slightly behind and I didn’t actually get a 45 minute massage. Overall I think I would come back for a massage or try some of their other services but I would not recommend them for nail/pedicure

I’ve been to the Frisco location a few times so I expected the same quality service when I arrive.I give it a 4/5. Reason being is I don’t think the quality was the best it could have been- for example the Frisco location was fully stocked with hair ties, hair brushes and products, when I was done with my service almost all of the products were empty- it was also only 10:00am so I find it hard to believe they were already empty? It just doesn’t seem like they have the same high quality/ top service. I enjoyed the Facial I received. It was amazing and I have no negative feedback about my facial! I would go back but prefer the Frisco location.

UPDATE: Tanya reached out to be right away and offered the gift card promotion. I went in the next day and picked it up along with a couple complimentary items. Thank you for making this right and helping us get our friend some much needed spa time!!! This one-star review is based purely on my service experience. I wanted to gift a spa day to a good friend of mine whose birthday happens to be on Christmas. After researching, I landed on Hiatus Day Spa, as they were advertising a $250 gift card for $199. I went out to the spa that Sunday to buy the gift certificate, only to be told the promotion had expired two days prior. The framed advertisement of this promotion was still on display and when I inquired why, I was told the promotion would begin again on December 22. No problem, right? Well today is December 22, and I am without a gift card for my friend. When I arrived today, I was told the promotion ended yesterday. The same girl who advised me the promotion would begin today was now telling me I was a day late. She apologized, then proceeded to offer me a package for $70 more dollars. I declined and decided to spend my money elsewhere. I cannot with good faith, recommend this business, as they either did not want to do business with me or have failed to train their employees, which is also unacceptable. Hopefully their communication on promotions will improve for future guests, but I will not be one of them.

Jennifer did a PHENOMENAL job on this freshly postpartum mom. I was so excited to do the signature massage after having my baby 2 weeks ago. She was so accommodating and kind. From start to finish made the experience incredible. I love the robes and slippers they have you change into while you relax in their quiet waiting room with infused water and tea. The massage itself was perfect and everything I needed. I will definitely be back!

I first had the epic mani-Pedi last month was not happy with my service. The performance polish did not last it was chipping that night. I voiced my concern to the assistant manager Talexis she is a sweet person. She listened to my concerns and made it right. I told her I didn't want another mani Pedi from them. However, she set me up for the body wrap and omg was it wonderful the therapist Lou was professional and sh÷ had me totally relaxed. The calming atmosphere and aromatics were wonderful. They may not do the mani Pedi well but the massages are 🔥. This service was well worth it. Highly recommended. Todah Rabbah or thank you so much. Berakah

TAKISHA - MANI + PEDI / SHE IS GIFTED!! Fort Worth & Dallas I enjoyed experiencing Takisha's gift every month for 2 years. I even took out a membership in the Fort Worth Hiatus location added 2 other services and added my son to my membership. That is 4 MONTHLY services in which I invested because of Takisha. Takisha was removed from the Fort Worth location to their Dallas location. I couldn't travel that distance to see her! I consented to have a new technician for my next visit. It was a disaster. Then I was told my usual massage therapist was also no longer available. When I called about the disastrous mani + pedi I was offered a complimentary visit which I accepted. After thinking long and hard I canceled my membership and all future appointments. I could not fathom finding another Takisha who is literally "one in a million" I can say after over 4 decades of going elsewhere before she came into my life. I knew she was at the Dallas location. After "lobbying" long and hard for Takisha to return to Fort Worth it finally happened!! I saw her yesterday and returned to "HEAVEN". I am in my mid 70's and she treats me like I'm family. I tell you Takisha is a person you will appreciate/love having in your life regularly! You can schedule with her in Fort Worth on Wednesdays otherwise in Dallas. Go to the site and make arrangements now is my heartfelt advice, especially for the holidays coming up. Her Fort Worth schedule is less full (newly opened) than her Dallas. Do that now, you will be happy, happy, happy and well taken care of!

Arrived and was given a mini tour to get acquainted with the spa, given a locker that I was able to make my own code for, had the deep tissue massage, it was good but not what I am used to. My masseuse made sure to cover my hair as she knew I didn’t want lotion or oil to get in it, and was sure to ask about how the pressure was. The atmosphere is nice and I thought it was great there was a locker room. When checking out I asked to get my parking validated as the notification I got before my appointment said they validated parking and the nice girl who checked me in told me they validated, however the girl who I checked out with insisted that parking was free and I didn’t need validation even after i explained the situation to her. So I ended up paying for parking, frustrating. Update the spa contacted me to make sure the validation was taken care of.

Between Sunday and Monday, there were at least 4 phone calls to confirm the appointment scheduled for Monday at 5:45pm. In the final phone call Monday at 1:20, the front desk after confirming the appointment 3 times, asked if I could come in an hour and 15 minutes early at 4:30pm. Because I work 30 minutes away and would need to leave work over an hour early to make it by 4:30pm, I said no. The person on the phone seemed to understand and the 5:45pm appointment time was still confirmed. At 4:25pm, I received a text message from Hiatus Spa saying, "your service provider had to leave for the day due to an emergency. Is there anyway you're able to come in at 4:30?" Which was in FIVE minutes and 75 minutes prior to the four-time confirmed scheduled appointment time. The appointment was scheduled with Anne. This was completely unprofessional. I have no intention of returning or rebooking your anything with this business.

Fantastic service!!!!! There was an unforeseen issue with my booking, but they let me read and relax in the lounge and served me wine and tea and fruity water with my friends anyway. They worked hard to fit me in and I ended up getting a beautiful lash tint with Sydnee. She did a wonderful job. Will absolutely be coming back for my next special occasion.

The OPTIMIST facial was amazing! I could feel the difference in my skin immediately, and Sydnee provided great recommendations on what treatment I should continue with. I also had a great mani/pedi! The atmosphere was so calming.

The front desk attendants aren't super friendly, but the other services (pedicure, massage, facial) are great! The quiet room is nice, too, although some guests don't seem to understand the concept of "quiet."

I normally never get massages but I figured I’d treat myself and get one. The entire experience was extremely stressful and only due to the front desk staff. The parking was a little stressful, but the front desk staff was extremely unaccommodating and not friendly. I called twice to make an appointment and second time called to confirm it was a woman and the front desk lady hung up on me. I had to move my car since the massage was running 15 minutes late and she said that it was take up my massage time if they came to call me during the time. The massage itself was great but I was stressed the entire time I was there due to parking and how late they were running and how rude the front desk lady was. This place is not cheap and I am disappointed in the experience, especially considering this was a one time thing for me to treat myself. I will not be going here again.

The lounge area that we were able to use before and after the spa was wonderful. Having our masseuse waiting with hot tea in hand made us feel we could take our time leaving and that was a very nice touch. I am a male and it was my first time having a male masseuse. He was wonderful, courteous, and completely professional

My bestfriend surprised me with a massage here for my birthday back in 2022. I remembered how phenomenal it was and revisited again in 2023. I was so happy with the service the manager told me about the spa’s membership and I’m so glad I signed up. The team here is so sweet, uplifting, and kind. The women you meet here who are also enjoying a service are so kind too! A special thank you and shoutout to Jenny S. who performed an EPIC pedicure on my tired feet. She even gifted me a red jasper crystal which is just something I am so touched by and grateful for. Thank you Hiatus Fort Worth!

My daughter and I both needed a spa day and went to Hiatus. She is a busy mom of 3 young boys and definitely needed the relaxed day. We had the most amazing mani/pedi's followed by massages and body wraps. The staff is amazing and met all our needs and more. The facility is clean and inviting. We will definitely take the time for ourselves in the future. Thank you for such a relaxing day!

I had such a fantastic massage here! I chose “The Comeback Massage,” and Lina worked the perfect amount of pressure to release my tight muscles. It was sometimes intense, but also very relaxing. It was definitely in the top two massages I have had. The spa itself was very clean, professional, and had everything to make the overall experience exceptional.
