I don't have the best complexion but after my treatment I noticably could see the difference. I'm very Pleased with the results. I’ve been going to Hidden Door Medspa for years. Their staff is friendly and accomodating! I’ve had services with Michelle and Melissa and have been happy 100% of the time! Wonderful people and wonderful service!

$55 just for chin. $100 or $150 (i can't remember) for full face here. RENOVA in Houston is $35 for full face touch up. I had been going there prior to my move back home to Fort Worth. I highly recommend doing research before deciding on Hidden Door Medspa!! I've chosen to take the drive every month to Houston.

Location is convenient and prices are affordable! only giving three because customers service isn’t exceptional. Communication needs improvement as my voice messages are never followed up on. Laser tech turnover is high.

I had my first facial ever - the deluxe facial - with Amanda and she was wonderful. She was kind and patient with me and didn't make me feel embarrassed about any of my skin issues. I liked that she also wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything as well. I'm already excited for my next one!

I recently needed to get a haircut and highlights, but I did not know where to go since I recently moved here. I already receive services here for my skin, and since everyone does such an incredible job here I decided to give them a try for my hair. I was nervous because there were no photos on fb or ig showing the quality of work done, but I am so glad I made an appointment! I have lived in many states, and I can tell you that Stephanie is the best for color and cut I have ever used. She is really nice and fun to talk to as well! I decided to book with her for a keratin treatment next week because she did such an amazing job on my cut and highlights/lowlights. Her prices are reasonable as well. Also, Katie at the front desk is always super nice and helpful. I adore her! Definitely give this place a try!!!!!

**edit** I DID voice my concerns while physically in the office. I have hesitated to post this bc I don't think it will do any good but after the results I got from going somewhere else, I think people should know. When I came HERE, It was my first time ever getting any kind of fillers so I didn't know what to expect or what was normal. When I walked in the room, the syringe of "filler" was already opened on a tray so I did not see the technician open it. I had my procedure done of one full suringe of Juvederm Ultra lip filler and THAT DAY I was thrilled with my results. Within 1 week the swelling went down and I was still happy. After 2 weeks, they were meh. Within 4 weeks, my results were gone. Like completely gone. I called to book another appt for ANOTHER full syringe of lip filler. I raised my concerns while there that this was very expensive to only last 4 weeks and was told it should last 6 months to 1 year on average. One girl there said she had hers done 2 years before. But that this 2nd treatment would be "layering" the filler on top of what I had done before so it would last longer, but that all metabolism were different su the times can vary. When I walked in the room, the syringe was open on the tray. Had a full syringe applied. And again THAT day, it looked great. Swelling ensues, goes away after about a week, but after only 1 month my results were completely gone. I went online and saw that some places dilute the product with saline. Again, BOTH times I had it done, the syringe was already open when I walked in the room. I decided to go somewhere else. During my consult, at an actual plastic surgeons office the nurse said she did not detect ANY filler in my lips at all. I told her what had happened prior, but not where, and she told me that some places dilute using saline and use thinner needles to reduce pain and both shortens the life of the product. That day I had my lips redone using the exact same product. She opened the packaging of the filler in front of me. 9 months later I am JUST NOW starting to think about getting a touch up, CLEARLY it was not the product, or my metabolism. I suspect the product was diluted for my first two experiences, and I was scammed in order to keep coming back bc typically people in Southlake have money like that. . $1100 down the drain. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB bc when I voiced my concerns about it only being 4 weeks since my first full syringe, and the results being completely gone, someone should have taken notice bc even the juvederm website states 6-12 months. Instead they told me to wear lipstick every day and to "fall in love" with my lips. But didn't offer any kind of discount or refund for product failure, or even to look into WHY it didn't work correctly, or the phone number to juvederm to report the problem. To me that screams that they KNEW why it didn't last.

50 minute massage with Cristine is absolutely amazing. She is a blessing, this is my second massage with her and I leave there feeling fresshed. She is so friendly, comforting and very good at what she does. Thank you Cristine for helping me find relief! All the staff has been excellent and very accommodating! Keep up the excellent customer service!

Brooklyn Rine is one of the best human in the world. She is so professional and friendly at the same time. Hidden door spa is like a second home and their prices are amazing. I quoted so many other companies for my Facial hair removal but they where so expensive. So from the first phone call they got my business. Brooklyn did my daughters teen facial, she was so kind and knowledgeable and gave us some great tips for her skin. After my daughter got one, I knew I had to come back and get one for myself. I did the customized facial and my skin feels amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Brooklyn!

I got a customized facial with Amanda and she was amazing! So knowledgeable with products, and made me feel comfortable as a first time client. I mentioned being interested in a lip flip, as well. She coordinated with Michelle, and she was able to see me right then and there answering all my questions. Please update your hours online. 2nd time I’ve tried to come in to buy skin care products during “open” hours and it’s been closed. I live 30 min away and it’s the only place that sells what I need, wasted time and gas.
