Loved my experience here! Karina was super helpful and so nice! She understood my hair needs. I had not cut my hair in over a year and Karina helped my hair look beautiful again. I did a haircut +blowdry. Would highly recommend!!

Where do I begin! From the moment I got booked with Lisa over a year ago I knew I was in good hands. She constantly exceeds my expectations and has helped me grow and restore my curls to full health. After having some traumatic hair disasters in past salons, Lisa has definitively been my saving grace. She’s so sweet, attentive, and communicative and I’ll forever be booking with her for a sleek blowout and curly cut. Also, I swear she has magic hands because my hair has grown SO much since I’ve started with her! Thanks for always being so amazing Lisa! <3

I haven’t been coming here for too long and found this literal hidden gem because of their Tuesday/Wednesday blow dry promo. The first time Roxy blowdried my hair to perfection! She took the time to ask me what brought me in and what I liked, so naturally I confided in her that I had ZERO idea how to tend to my new extensions and the way she scrubbed my hair CLEAN and gave me a perfect blow out was 10/10. The second time was with Marco and let me tell you the massage this man gives during the wash was all I needed to feel brand new. The blow out was great too but if I could just have him wash my hair like that every time, oh my god. I haven’t been back because honestly it’s a bit far from me but every time I’m in that area I’ll be visiting.

I went to Kat because I always saw her amazing haircuts and blowouts online. I was really nervous about getting a cut since I used to have long hair and had a terrible experience before. Honestly, it feels like a lot of hairstylists don’t know how to handle long hair properly. But Kat is the best! She’s super fun, professional, and really listens to what you want. She took the time to ask questions before pulling out the scissors, and I’m so glad she did. She did an awesome job, and even after two months, my hair still looks and feels incredible! She really made me happy with the results.

I live this place. What I love is the owners actually take the new grads and mentor and coach them. They look like family. Roxy has done my hair for the last 2 times and she is beyond awesome. Roxy listens to the clients and she puts her spin on it. Today she fixed me up so well. I actually felt pretty when she was done. She has a great personality. Thank you Roxy. You are amazing.

If you're searching for a great place to get your hair done, I highly recommend Hidden Gem Beauty Bar. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional! My stylist, LisaMarie Rojas, did an incredible job transforming my hair from dark brown box dye. The color, blowout, and cut all turned out amazing. Don't hesitate to book your appointment!

Loved my haircut but my balayage was cancelled due to the artists sickness. Understandable but still waiting for my refund. I will probably try again but definitely had a friendly encounter the first time

if i could give 0 stars i would. my hair was so long, healthy, just a grown out style and i went in for a haircut. the stylist chopped my hair off, made my bangs incredibly short, sold me a “heat protectant” that’s actually just a leave in conditioner that i found for much cheaper on amazon. she spent our whole session talking about her personal life, and i didn’t mind it until i realized she was way too distracted and botched my haircut, my “curtain bangs” are so obviously uneven in length and even in thickness. im so depressed i cant even go back to fight them on it and i definitely don’t want anyone else touching my hair again to “fix it”. absolutely terrible. wish i could go back in time and never come here.

Would not recommend this place at all! Staff does not listen and do whatever they want as they rush you so they can take their next victim. The owner cancelled/tried to reschedule an appointment half hour before the time, claiming she was “behind”. I live super far and was already on my way; had no choice but to let them put 2 people to do a disaster on my hair! On Morher’s day I had my hair done by male stylist; when I arrived at the salon his greeting was “Everyone is out/on their way home ready to celebrate Mother’s Day and here I am stuck by myself and still working!” He cut my mask time to 5 minutes because he was “double booked”; he not listen and just rushes through to take the next person. Paid $10 extra for waves which didn’t even last through the night! Another stylist last week joined the male stylist and basically just pulled my hair and did a horrendous job! I wasted $65 for nothing! I even Overheard one of the owners speaking to the employees in a demeaning way in front of the customers; not a pleasant atmosphere to be around! I sent a long text to complaint and instead of someone calling me, they wrote back to tell me “we are not the right salon for you”; which says a lot and proves my point - they are unprofessional and just want to grab your money without caring if you’re happy about their bad services! Save your money and go to a place where they care and the atmosphere is relaxing and professional; this place is NOT! Far from it! This place will rush you through claiming they’re a “fast paced salon” and just take your money. I mean $65 for a blow dry in Kendall?! Unbelievable! A rip off! Save your money; is NOT WORTH IT! I will take my business somewhere where the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is PROFESSIONAL! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Worse place ever!
