Ericka is very professional and you do not have to sit in her shop all day. She has an allotted time and does not make you feel rushed and prices are great. Her daughters are professional as well and the next generation can give new styles. The shop caters to all hair types. I just love going.Tell them what you need they will work it out.

Let me preface this by saying I am so particular about who does anything to my daughters hair. My oldest, 7, has had two hair cuts. One trim and then a big chop. && that was nerve wrecking. So my 2 year old has never had her hair touched by anybody but me. I was looking for somebody to help me with my older daughters hair as it's super thick and I'm not sure what I'm doing. && I'm tired of the fight with her. So I googled "hair salon" and came across Hidden Glamour. I was nervous and had no idea what I was even supposed to ask for, however with the amazing reviews I decided to shoot my shot. What was the worst that could happen? They call me crazy? && if I didn't like something I could always just walk away. So we made an appointment and waited for the day to arrive. I made sure her hair was washed with a co-wash before going. But with it just being out ofc it got tangled because that's just what her hair does. Upon arriving they took the three of our Temps at the door. They were professional and polite. Asking me about her hair and said something along the lines of I don't see the problem because her hair is beautiful. It's healthy, it has shine, her curl pattern is beautiful and it's soft. So what do you want us to do. We decided on braids that would last 2+ weeks. She had her hair shampooed and deep conditioned. I could tell my daughter was nervous through this process but they helped her relax by noticing and offering her a towel to cover her eyes. Making sure the temperature of the heat was not too hot for her and adjusting it when it was apparent.through her body language that she was not comfortable. Which made feel better because I didn't have to be on edge the entire time while trying to also occupy my two year old. I also noticed they were steady disinfecting surfaces and such once customers were done with them. Kept everybody distanced following all covid precautions. The braids came out perfect and did not take too long. They even allowed the girls to pet the goats and chickens which believe it or not, they loved. So they really did cater to everybody and make it enjoyable for everyone. My daughter describes this experience as a "dream come true"

Came in embarrassed with my hair. They sheer me up, made me feel like home. I got a wash, blow, and a trim. They were right with the time. I appreciate the way they made me feel. Will definitely be back for my hair treatment.Left happy like a 5 star...❤️❤️❤️

Truly a hidden gem! Showed up with a nest on my head and a gunky scalp (thanks to some products I found that maybe I shouldn't have used). Got a wash and a GORGEOUS swishy silk press done and Mrs. Handy tirelessly tamed the mess. Very knowledgeable, was quick, and looked out for my hair's best interests. Worth every last cent! Customer for life ♡
