Where do I start? I came to the salon almost 6 months ago or so because I was having issues with my extensions. I was paying someone top dollar to install and within a week or so, they'd already be having complications. That's when I reached out to Serena and she got me in right away to help fix them for minimal $$. After that, I started going to her for my installs. She has always been willing to get me in on short notice thankfully but I highly suggest booking an appointment because she does get busy. It wasn't until recently that I knew the full extent of her knowledge, education and experience in hair, I had thought it was ONLY a hair extension salon but uts a full service salon. I decided to go from blonde to red for the Fall and within a month or so, wanted to go back to blonde. A week before NYE!!! I needed a color correction and without going into a long story, I decided to go to a salon close to me at the last minute, BIG mistake. I left in tears. They charged me lots of money and my hair was orange. I immediately ran over to Sallys Beauty that night to try to get it to a place on my own where I could work the following day. It was a mess. Two days later of me trying to fix it and tears. I reached out to Serena in regards to the situation and possibly installing my extensions for NYE, thinking it'll make it look better and she got me into her salon the night before NYE. Not only did she color correct my hair with high quality products from Alloxi, she made sure she was gentle since I had over processed my hair so many times that week. I arrived at 6pm and she had me looking marvelous by 9pm, WITH extensions installed as well. She's reliable, honest and reasonable. You can't go wrong with going to her salon. P.S...she also has her own brand of extensions in house, or you can customize your order for future install.

I know hair shouldn’t define someone’s self-confidence, but in my case it does. I called this salon hoping for someone to put extensions into my very short, blunt, and thick bob haircut. This is the second Salon in vegas that I have tried and I will go nowhere else. Serena Took me in for same-day appointment and spent hours making sure that my hair was to my liking. It came out better than I could’ve expected. I will go nowhere else, but to Serena for my hair needs.

Serena laid my hair OUT! Came in for Ktips My first time ! She matched the color to perfection. I purchased my hair from the salon too! It was a one stop shop so perfect for my busy schedule ! The Salon is beautiful modern and newly remodeled !

I came out, Sunday, 7:45pm, when it was still open. Doors were locked and lady inside told us to come through a different door but there wasn't another door. Came back and same thing. She was with a client watching a movie or something and was alone. Yes, I didn't book an appointment, that's my bad, but I couldve sworn the maps and site said walk-ins were fine. Especially at the least busiest time? Idk what's going on, but I would have been cool if the lady didn't lead me and my partner to another door that didn't exist. And yes, we circled the building.

If they had a -negative 5⭐️ I would add it to the reviews. My mother had an appointment yesterday to get blond highlights but at this salon all they do is bleach your hair and do not add any color or highlights. The quality of their work was very poor. We are in 2022 how can you continue to use cheap product or just bleach. I will never recommend this salon to anyone and will NEVER take my mother back again. It was so bad that I had to dye my mother's hair again with a darker color so she can feel better. The picture speaks for it self!!! Very very dissatisfied. I hope they don't usually do this to seniors. Horrible...horrible service!!! It was so horrible that we can only laugh with disappointment of how horrible it looked!

Jen at Hidden Secrets was amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She was professional and great customer service and price was reasonable. She truly knows how to treat a guest with respect. Plus her work on my extensions was so good. I’ve had it done once before and it was uncomfortable. I’m so happy to find Jen. Talk about a hidden gem herself.

Jen did my hair extensions and I love them every single time she does my hair she makes me feel so pretty at her work it’s definitely like nobody else’s she takes her time and her patience and she’ll make sure everything is perfection she does everything from my hair to my lashes highly recommend her and her workspace is just so adorable

I had decided to go from blonde to red, but I just wasn’t sure exactly which red was right for me. I’d heard great things about Hidden Secrets, and thought I’d give it a try. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I’d made the right choice. The salon is as sumptuous and chic as any in Beverly Hills, and Serena and her staff treated me like a celebrity. Serena was able to select the PERFECT red ,full of depth and dimension that makes my complexion glow! I get stopped everywhere I go, and I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair! Simply put, Serena is a genius colorist, and I highly recommend you visit this gorgeous salon!

I loved every bit of my first experience here. Serena is such a beautiful soul and walked me through the entire process of my first BB Glow experience. I’ve had horrible experience with lash extensions in the past. I’ve left salons and immediately began losing lashes. Such experiences have left me extra skeptical about this service....Jen however, has shown me the light! My appointment was extremely comfortable and Jen walked me through each step. She was so meticulous and delicate. It’s been 4 days time and I haven’t noticed the loss of a single lash. It’s amazing the amount of time I save each day not worrying about apply strip lashes. My lashes are super full and I’m grateful every morning when I get of bed. Definitely making Jen’s skills a permanent part of my beauty routine!

She gave me many different hair extensions options for my hair type including micro bead with sew-in and adding color and accents to my hair. She’s amazingly affordable. I’ll see no one else for my hair extensions.

Serena and Arend are awesome, top-notch professionals who provide an outstanding customer experience. Serena is a Master stylist who really takes the time to make her clients understand the products and services she offers in her salon. And Arend....what can I say.... Master celebrity stylist, consummate professional, very informative...his work speaks for itself and volumes at that. This place is absolutely adorable! Serena Roberts is absolutely amazing!!!! She did a phenomenal job with my hair and don't even get me started how great she is at microblading. My eyebrows are incredible! She is so professional, she gives you exactly what you ask for. I will definitely be back.
