De passage sur LA au milieu d un road trip on a passer un moment fantastique ! Un massage de grande maîtrise entre la Thaïlande le shiatsu et le nordique cela nous a remis d aplomb pour la poursuite de notre voyage . Mention spéciale au fait que pendant mon massage l une des dame est allée faire les courses avec ma femme pour du nécessaire pour bébé …. Bref inoubliable merci 🙏 beaucoup

This is one of the best spas I have ever been to. I had a massage and facial, both of which were amazing, and then they gave me tea and a cupcake, and a beautiful long-stemmed rose! The staff is incredibly thoughtful.

This was truly a haven of relaxation! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and my deep tissue massage was perfectly tailored to my needs. The ambiance was serene with calming music and soft lighting, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and stress-free. The whole environment was so clean, well organized and decorated with hearts - They even prepared a birthday surprise for my birthday<3!!!

I recently visited Hideko Spa I was treated with the absolute best service ever I had pain in my back and was taken care of with gentle hands and also received a hot stone massage relieving my pain .The girls at this location are very professional licensed and treat there customers with the highest respect and make them feel comfortable. This is a great location clean ,friendly staff, and knowledgeable.

I went to LA to introduce my friend, and it was so clean and the staff was so kind and neat. I had a couple massage with my friend, and the massage is so good that it's a place I really want to go again. I'm so happy to have good memories😊

Left in the middle of the massage because it was so awful. I am not convinced they know how to massage. It felt like they were just rubbing me with oil the whole time. My boyfriends neck is hurting more after the massage. Their touch was completely amateur and seemed inexperienced with the human body. It was just an uncomfortable experience and total waste of time and money. There was not a moment of silence and it was not relaxing at all. Constant noise from people walking in loudly and movement from god knows what. So glad we ended it early because it was just torture. Will never be coming back.

Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion! In this case we had a couples massage and it was the best most relaxing experience! They even treat you to traditional cold Japanese tea and a slice of cake afterward

10/10 highly recommended. This was only my second spa experience but Massage Envy can’t compare to how elegant, peaceful, kind and gentle this spa is. The women there are so lovely & sweet. It was my birthday and they were so happy to celebrate me. I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with warm smiles. The massage was the best and I fell asleep several times lol. I don’t think my skin has ever been more rejuvenated and moisturized in my entire life. They had incredible cheesecake and amazing tea as well and I can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I visited this place for our wedding anniversary and had a horrible experience! The massage was so painful and uncomfortable. Yes, painful!! They walked all over our bodies without holding on to any handles to control their weights or using any lotions. They had no idea how to do this technique properly, and we left the place with so much pain and discomfort. I had to take my husband to the emergency room that day due to severe back pain, and he is still being treated by a specialist for the damage that this massage has done to his back. Please avoid this place for the sake of your health!!

Best Spa in LA hands down! Words cant describe how incredible this whole experience was from start to finish. The staff was super sweet and and the place is so clean and has such a cute vibe/aesthetic! I did the couples massage with my husband and everything was absolutely amazing. The ladies that did the massage (Yuni and Yoko) did an outstanding job and were very thorough and professional. The best part was the cheesecake and tea refreshment after the massage! SO good! Highly highly recommend!

Great spa and therapists. They get two stars because it's virtually impossible to make a reservation. I've called them (w/o exaggerating) 8 different times in the last month or so, and they just can never get me in. I don't like booking a massage weeks in advance... So this place is inaccessible. Nor do they have an online reservation system.

This was such a great experience. Everyone at Hideko Spa was so sweet and attentive. The massages we got were phenomenal and the cheesecake delicious. The atmosphere is so relaxing and authentic, I would recommend this place to anyone!
