Walked in and asked if I could get a haircut, no shampoo - so glad they said yes and assigned Ben to the job. Told him the style I wanted and he nailed it! I asked to keep the hair for donation and appreciate that he consulted me on the exact length before proceeding. He took great care with all the steps, including flat ironing. Ben has over 30 years experience and has good EQ, sensing that I was up for just a little bit of chitchat. I liked that someone swept twice (so I didn’t have to step in cuttings) and that neither Ben nor the cashier tried to sell me product at the end. Communicated in Toisanese and Cantonese, seems like other dialects/languages are spoken by the other stylists. Reasonably priced and happy to return and recommend. Mostly Asian staff & clientele; not sure what the level of English is - maybe best to have a photo of what you’re looking for if your Asian language skills are not strong.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. Worse haircut ever! The person who cut my hair did not follow the instructions I wanted. It came out a lot shorter than how I liked and preferred. She did not thin it out like I asked. And my layers did not even look like layers. Never going back there again! Don't understand how they're call hair salonist when it's not professional and not done correctly. Do not recommend.
