My experience at High End Hair Salon has been nothing but luxurious. All of the stylists there are friendly and experienced in the industry. The salon is always clean. Niia has been doing my hair for 5+ years and I’ve never left disappointed.

Well where do I start lol…. Niia has had her fingers in my hair ever since I moved here from L.A… and here we are 4 years later! If you know a true Cali girl we absolutely do not play when it comes to our hair! She’s very versatile and offers different services and options which is great for those who like to switch up styles overtime , seasons etc… glad I found her!

The service was amazing. Niia was excellent. She walked me through steps and created a plan for my hair journey! She gave me the best hairstyle Ive ever had! She clarified my hair even after I had beeswax from a former style. My sew in is well blended and secure. My hair feels great and the layers are beautiful. Thank you Niia, Ill be back again!

Cherese Berment possesses great energy and expertise in hair care, but where she falls short is in customer service and time management. During my first visit to her old salon, I had to wait for three hours for a service that typically takes 1.5 hours elsewhere. While I appreciated Cherese's work, I was left waiting as she attended to other clients, went to pick up her daughter and dinner for her daughter. Her colleague ended up blow drying my hair so Cherese could trim it. Upon arrival to my appointment yesterday, I informed Cherese of my limited time due to an appointment at a funeral home to view my parent's body before the remains were transported to another state for burial. Cherese assured me that her new steamer would expedite the process. However, after washing my hair, she placed me under the dryer without applying conditioner to service another client. This was concerning as my predominantly 4b hair type requires moisture before blow-drying. Despite my request for Cherese to finish promptly, citing my prior commitment, she insisted that it was another client's allocated time and that I had to wait.This was in disregard of my early notification upon arrival regarding my appointment. With mostly dry hair, I opted to leave, informing Cherese that the $55 deposit should suffice for the wash. However, she contested, claiming entitlement to the entire $155 for the day's booked service. I agreed to settle the remainder in cash later, per her requirement. Following my visit to the funeral home, I returned with the $100. To my surprise, I later discovered that Cherese had charged the credit card used to secure the appointment, in addition to my cash payment. Cherese neither offered to complete the service later nor acknowledged the inconvenience caused, yet was quick to charge $255 for a shampoo. Consequently, I had to seek another salon for a blow-dry and trim, spending a total of $320 for what should have been a simple hour-long service, providing ample time to attend my funeral home appointment. On a positive note, the second salon opted for a wet blow-dry method to prevent hair damage, and I was out in 40-minutes.

Hair Slay has the best hair I’ve ever purchased. The customer service they offer is exceptional and the place is clean & cute! I definitely will be returning as I have been a loyal customer for years & she never disappoints.
