Personally no they had a good deal but didn’t cut my cuticles or properly do nails I also payed for a pedicure it was like 15 min long I’ve had longer nd better for cheap and the thing was the blue ones for my graduation !

**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this nail salon today. I went in to get my brows and lip waxed, and as soon as I arrived, I was taken to the back. The staff then proceeded to ask me who was waiting for me in the sitting area (it was my boss btw my boss is a women). I didn’t think much of it until after my services were done, when I realized one of the employees was sitting across from my boss by the front door. At that point, I learned they had locked the doors when we came in. Let me be clear: the doors were unlocked when we entered, and there were other people in the salon getting their nails done. The whole situation felt off, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. It honestly seemed like the staff was suspicious of us simply because we are people of color. To be clear, I would *never* try to skip out on a $22 bill — that’s just not how I operate. But the way I was treated today made me question whether this salon discriminates against certain customers based on race. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious.

This place is awesome! Katie is amazing. She’s super sweet and makes sure you’re doing okay throughout the appointment and makes sure you like everything before she moves forward. Recommend her highly!

I recently had the pleasure of getting a manicure at highland nails, and I have to say, Katie was an absolute Rockstar! As a guy who's not exactly used to getting pampered, I was a bit skeptical at first, but Katie put me at ease right from the start. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. She asked me what kind of vibe I was going for. I told her casual, dude and she got to work. Her attention to detail was impressive, she made sure my nails were perfectly shaped and polished to perfection. What really stood out to me, though, was her ability to make me feel like I was getting a premium experience. She took her time, made sure I was happy with every step of the process, and even gave me some great tips on how to take care of my nose at home. I've been getting compliments left and right since getting my nails done. My friends are all jealous of how sharp they look! And honestly, it's all thanks to Katie's expertise. I'll definitely be bringing back for my next appointment and I'm bringing my buddies along for the ride.

Not a good experience. Was told 20 minutes wait. Waited 40. Same person did basic pedi and full set. Painful experience, bulky nails and wrong color. Asked for coffin shape tips, got regular tips and eyes rolled at for asking. The lady doing my nails had so much bad attitude that the whole experience was terrible and a lot of things just went wrong. Given one price, charged another. Then she came to my side when I was supposed to put my pin. I asked her to please stand on her side so I can have full privacy while putting my pin and she yelled “OMG I’m not looking” and continued to stand over my head. Usually my reviews are very constructive criticism about how to improve the business. However, this team will need personal development training to improve services here. Very messy and not a fun experience for self care day. You can see the bulky from my middle finger

The staff here is so friendly and really good at what they do! The pedicures are quick, but do not lack quality and the prices are affordable. I look forward to my monthly pedicure with Katie.

This is the first nail salon I’ve been to that is very respectable and truly nice to be in. The salon is clean and the manicurists are quiet and are excellent in their nail skills. Because of this they are busy so I suggest setting up your appointment online on their website.

Highlands Nails Salon is my go-to spot for ultimate relaxation. Katie was the best. She created such a serene atmosphere that I feel instantly at ease as soon as I walk in. This place is my favorite in town! I see Katie & she always does a fantastic job. She pays attention to detail & my nails always look perfect. Im super picky & Im always so happy when I leave. The place is squeaky clean too. I really enjoy the massage chairs while I get my pedicures. So relaxing

WOW .. I'M IN LOVE! Very clean and friendly team. Daisy is so wonderful, I came in to get a full set Gel-X also Gel pedi without an appointment and they accommodate me right away. The owner Katie very kindness and generosity. I highly recommend and will return!

6 and half hours after my getting my pedicure and my toes still arent dry. Im preetu sure they put gel polish instead of regular polish. Plus I left my iPad my mistake. Wasn't even gone 7 minutes and I called to ask them to put it up. They told me it wasn't there when I explained that it had to be in the salon because I haven't been anywhere in the 7 min since I left they accused me of accusing them of stealing it. Which I NEVER said or implied. They were adamant it wasn't there, when I knew it was. Simply providing some customer service would have been sufficient. Instead she told me her husband checked the cameras and it wasn't there. If that was true they would have seen it on the counter where I left it when paying them. When I noticed it on the counter she thought I should learn a lesson and said with the most attitude. I reminded her I never accused them of stealing it. I was expecting a little more service and concern that in less than 5 minutes something disappeared from one of their customers. That's not how you get return business. On top of all that I sat and let my toes dry and 3 hours later still not dry.I bet if I had been a different color more concern would have been shown.

Be careful when getting a pedicure from Highlands nail and spa. They were using the nail file and cut my toe. I’m a diabetic, so this is not a good thing.

I called to see if I can come in sometime same day & they said they didn’t have time at all that day , that if I could come in the following day. I had a broken nail I needed fixed A.S.A.P. Can’t be walking around with a missing/ broken nail!! How embarrassing!!

I love how Natalie Works on my nails. She does a great job with my acrylic nails. They have so many colors to choose from. I’m happy that this is the place I chose to come to. I will not go see anyone else but Natalie I’m sure they all do a great job and are very nice. Thank you so much Natalie. I get so many compliments too I love it. Thanks again.

Van did my nails. He fixed a really bad job by another place on my hybrid gel. We ended up going with acrylic and tips and what would best work for me. He was fantastic and took time to ensure they would hold up. I found a new place 🙌
