I had an inspiration photo of natural multi tone red hair with a medium brown vase and came out with dark brown hair with raspberry red “streaked” highlights. They were so bad I had to go to another stylist to fix my hair. I consulted 3 other stylist and was told the color I wanted had purple undertones in the red and that it was obvious she used a different color. I asked Cynthia for a refund and was refused. She even denied that I showed her the inspiration photo and said I got exactly what I asked for. I even ask her to refund half but she refused. So, I paid $160 and it looked horrible and nothing like my picture or any of the pictures we discussed. Then I paid $85 to get this hot mess to look normal by another stylist. Use extreme caution. Poor customer service.

Janet always does a great job with my cut and color! I've been going to Hilights Salon for about 10 years now. Highly recommend.
