I have been coming here for almost 3 years.. My is the boss at nails.. My nails are always perfect. I am in and out so fast. Would recommend this salon to everyone.

Let me preface that my nail tech was super nice. But he screwed my nails up big time. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and informed them that I wanted a specific design painted for my wedding. When I arrived, they had someone obviously inexperienced with a shaky hand take me. The end result was not at all what I wanted. I am literally writing this with tears as I drive to another salon to get this fixed. The last photo was my reference photo. At least 4 places my fingers were cut, twice on the sides and are pretty deep for what I was getting done. I asked for my index finger and thumb mail to be shorter so I could remove my contacts. He made them shorter - and then rounded them. There are several spots where the color isn’t properly applied, and one of my nails (with the flowers) wasn’t filled to the base. To top it off, the flowers look nothing like I wanted. I didn’t want bright green dots. I asked for my nails to be pink and white because the pink is my wedding colors, and would draw too much attention, especially for close up photos. They are messy, inconsistent, and not at all the quality I expected based on other photos posted by them. My mother in law did get hers done, and the woman she worked with was very fast and her nails are gorgeous. The guy I worked with was very nice. But overall, I’m appalled that I paid $95 for such a mess I’m now going to get fixed for even more somewhere else, especially with one of the most important days of my life less than 48 hours away. All to say - this is not the shop for special occasions. This is not the shop for those most important events, when the little details matter. This is a great choice for a quick solid color simple acrylic nail.

Quick, good pricing, amazing art, easy to get in, not busy. Wonderful studio and people but I’ve had this too set going for 6 months from a different studio and went to them once. My nails broke in a week because they were done too thin. My nails usually last 3-4 weeks and they couldn’t last two.

Sad. Appointments are not guaranteed here!! Go somewhere else where they appreciate you. I was going here with no problems for about 6 months to My. She did I great job. All of a sudden she started not showing up for my appointments. Twice she was a no show! I wasn’t planning on going back for a third no show. I make my appointments a month ahead of time. So she knew about them but also she had plenty of time to let me know that she wasn’t planning on showing up for my appointments. Don’t waste your time!!! Go somewhere where they value their customers. Here, they don’t care.

The only reason I gave three stars was due to the pedicure. The polish looked subpar but the actual pedicure itself was great. Did a good job on the cutting, filing, and shaping of toe nails. Also removed callouses on my feet and did an excellent massage. Manicure was awful. I didn’t want acrylic nails so they blew through my service. I had to request cuticle oil and didn’t get much for a hand massage. This place is WAYYYY overrated and the prices are too high for the level of what they offer. The man who worked on my feet was professional but the other women there were flat out rude. I had to ask multiple times for something to drink. They don’t “buff nails” there and acted like I was asking for something absurd. I tipped the gentleman who did my feet well, despite the fact the polish was poor quality. The lady who did my hands was unimpressive so I gave her a substantially smaller tip. Did not trust them to do my eyebrows. Update: I took the polish off my feet and did it myself. It just looked awful and I couldn’t stand to have it chip off after not even one day.

Always an amazing experience here. They not only take the time to do a great job on your service but they also are very reasonably priced. Mi always does my nails and she can do any design I want her to without an issue. I’m not sure the man’s name who does my pedicures but he gives the best foot massage I’ve ever had. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Got a pedicure and a manicure. Staff were kind, attentive, and professional. I was glad to see the owner was someone I went to in Fairmont. She remembered how I played with her kids during that time. Service was excellent.

My nails look like a child drew on them. I usually come here from out of state to get my nails done and their work is usually amazing and are able to fit me in when I call ahead the same day. I drove directly from work and was greeted when I walked in. Everything was going well until we started on the design I chose, I changed the colors from the original reference picture to match my tattoo and that was no issue however one of my hands look like I did them at home and the other looks good. While it was happening I expressed my concern (why my second hand looks good) but only one nail on the bad hand was fixed. Perhaps there was a miscommunication but I was very disappointed to the point where I wanted to cry.

Went to HL Nails Salon for a mani pedi. The staff was very kind, although lacking in service. For the pedicure, very little was done in the way of filing or buffing away dead skin, and my nail did not stop bleeding until the end

First of all, I'll say what I did like about this salon -- 1. Very Clean and Professional Equipment 2. Staff was very Nice and that's where it ended. I have NEVER had a worse manicure/acrylic set in my life! I showed a picture of what I wanted and got absolutely NOTHING CLOSE to the picture. The acrylic is uneven the entire way around -- length, shape, indentations. He never put a base coat on for the color -- just put 10 lbs of glitter on my nails. The technician I had - Kyle - was so flighty and up & down, was very annoying and nerve wracking.. there were other technicians sitting around doing nothing while every 1-2 mins he was stopping and answering the phone; getting up every 1-2 mins looking at the other technicians work instead of focusing on his own.. getting a supply here and a supply there, which still didn't help his work. I posted pics on their FB to show the mess that's on my fingers -- that I was charged $55 for and graciously tipped $5 because I never leave a service without tipping. BUT I will NEVER come back here. I'll go back to my original nail salon, TNT Nails, on Friday and pay even more money to have them fix the mess thats on my nails. Kyle -- please give your future clients the attention they deserve and actually FOCUS on what you're doing so you don't lose anymore clients 🙏

Made an appointment at 3:30p.m and waited over an hour to finally get seated, and I got started. My mother was seated and was told her old nails looked bad by some woman working here and then was un attended to for over an hour while her nails just sat in acetone as everyone else walked past her, and a man could have started her nails but chose to sweep the floor instead. Over 2 hours later my mother’s nails finally get started. We have some where to be at 7:30 but we’re running way late now and we have a 40 minute drive home. Very bad service. Took in total over 3 hours.

No social distancing here. And the stations as well as the people at them were right on top of each other with no dividers. After we were seated we were offered a cup of wine. Along with the wine, a fly kept attempting to landing on the goblets. Then the fruit flys appeared. The old man then started pacing the floor with his fly swatter. The gel polish I received was thin and lumpy. I watched him thin it out so there would be enough. The polish started chipping the next day. But I did enjoy the music. 😟

Love this place, only thing is $70 for a full set, but it was worth it. My daughter is the one that goes, and she is happy with her nails. Wish it was just a tad cheaper so I could keep them up. About to go for a fill $45 so trust me coming from someone that tells the truth, great place. Just expensive, but you pay for what you get.
