It was a birthday gift from my son. I went into the establishment and was everything OK receptionist said yes you have give a tip. I said oh u tell people give a tip before the service. I gave the technician a tip after the service even though the service did not deserve one. My right tibia bone hurts. The technician placing a warm towel on me getting cold and l told her. Was not memorable visit

I had an amazing and relaxing time. The staff took very good care of me and honored the gift certificate (from 2.5 years ago which they said does not expire). They are on the pricey side but so worth it so I will definitely be back.

I planned for a spa day for a friend and I almost 6 weeks in advance. I was receiving a discount since I was a FORMER employee. Now they didn’t have to do that for me especially since I no longer work there. I walked in the spa to pay in advance for my service, 5 days before to be exact. They said that they changed the policy and could no longer honor the price since they changed it. I asked why would they change the policy and not inform me of this change when it occurred. They couldn’t answer me(typical). The owner will change policy for her own gain. You waited for the last possible second to inform me…. That’s why I no longer work there. To think that you done me wrong before but now this….. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOU AGAIN!!!

Such a bummer because I really love the masseuses and estheticians here, they always do such a nice job, but my credit card was charged 3X for the last visit and I've called at least 4 or 5 times and management refuses to fix anything. They just claim they can't see the charges on their end and told me to try disputing the charges through my credit card. It has been 2 weeks since my visit. They have been very unapologetic and haven't kept any promises to call me back or update me on it. I'm going to have to go somewhere else, I'm sorry Fabian I'm going to miss you!

They confused the day of the massage appointment and then rescheduled for the next day but only provided half of the time. Service was not great to say the least. Expected more for the price.

Aahhhmazing! This was my first time here at HM and I am thoroughly impressed. I had a facial with Maddie Rose. She's so knowledgeable about skin care and answered all of my questions. My skin felt wonderful and she recommended products to use daily. I had a massage with Fabian. Wow is an understatement! A 60 minute massage with him was well worth it! I felt so relaxed after having services at HM. I definitely recommend this spa!!

I went to this place a few times many years ago. I have a very common name, and some other person with my name missed several appointments. I missed ONE- and called ahead of time to cancel- but they applied their really aggressive policy against me and would not look into the fact that they had confused my account with someone else’s with the same name. They Charged me. No apology. Now I’m getting promotional texts with no option to unsubscribe. Left a message today to let them know that it’s illegal. We’ll see if they FINALLY remove me from their marketing campaigns. All around: very unprofessional, high maintenance and harassing.

Of course we dont have many photos, we were too busy enjoying the experience! I took my mother here for her birthday. We both got the "Take Care of You" spa day package which included European facials, 80 minute massages, and paraffin mani/pedis. I only have good things to say about this establishment. The cleanliness and privacy level was superb. The employees were extremely thorough, friendly, and professional. I would definately go again!
