I've come here a couple of times a year since I discovered them on Groupon. The owner asked me to reach out directly versus booking on Groupon which is fine, but today was horrible. It's my birthday weekend and I wanted a quick couples massage with my lady. I tried cupping for the first time and it was painful after I asked what was easier on the body between cupping and scraping. The real issue here is her unprofessionalism. I tipped with my initial payment through Zelle, granted only $10. She started pleading that it was two of them and that they'd only recieve $5 each for 2.5 hours of service. The payment was $325. I said, you know what, I have cash. I asked my lady to give $20 more dollars to tip. My lady gave her a $50 bill and asked for $30 change. The owner held on to the $50 and pleaded for more. This offends me being that we paid for the service and tips are complimentary. I explained that this is what we can afford to tip, the owner proceeded to suck her teeth and count out the $30 change and slid it on the counter. Did not even place it in my hand. I grabbed my change and said thank you. Her response was "NO thank you" as in no thanks for service you today. I will not be attending this place ever again and I highly recommend no one else does. Life is too short to deal with ppl like this. It was all smiles until she felt shorted on a tip. As a former small business owner, you set the pricing and tips should not be planned for and sometimes ppl just don't have it to spare. I will pray for her, but don't go here!

I’ve never had a professional massage before today. Searched around as there are several local businesses. The positive reviews helped me select HM. I am so glad I tried this place. It was awesome!! I feel so relaxed. No clock watching, just complete professional service at its best. Can’t wait to make this a monthly routine. Wish I could give more than five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! i’ve been once before and this time was different .. not pleasant at the door and the massage could’ve been way better .. they didn’t asked me one time about the pressure once i noticed it was a little much i let her know and i had to let them know multiple times how the pressure was too much.. the facial wasn’t really a facial to me the most she did was use a steamer and exfoliate with some mixture .. wouldn’t recommend. & when i attempted to give a tip ( on top of the tip that was given along with the final price) the owner got mad at “how much” and basically begged for more, i find that behavior to be distasteful i gave what i could and when wee left and said thank you she said “no thank you” just rude.. wont be returning again!

I was fortunate to have been giving a massage at H&M by a family member. Bella was amazing. The environment was clean and welcoming. I definitely will be returning for another massage in the future. Highly recommend.

I've called twice trying to make the appointment for a massage a purchased in groupon. The lady the answers the phone is willing to give me an appointment right away but the moment I mention groupon she wants to switch it for a different day. Why would they advertised themselves in groupon, if they are not going to honor the purchase?. I called groupon to raise a complaint and to refund my purchase as I am NOT willing to go there after this bad experience.

This place is so cute with the decor, the massage made me feel brand new! The girls were so sweet. I was treating my mother for her bday and she loved it too! I feel so bad being a 90 pound adult women but damn did she make me feel good. Will be back for sure :)

Bella, has fantastic hands! She took her time working out the knots in my back. I'll be going back soon, but I won't be using Groupon, apparently they only except 1 Groupon, "sadly I bought 2". Supposedly I can gift my Groupon to someone else. Unfortunately I don't have anyone that I would want to give it to!

Found this place on Groupon. I injured my neck at the gym and have a herniation. I’ve been having muscle tension and headaches. Bella did my massage and I got cupping done. She did such an amazing job. The next day I was already feeling better after one massage. I will be going back to see her for sure. She is the real deal.

*I wish I could put more stars*. Hands down, one of the best massage I had ever received. Bella wasn't just a professional but also very skilled. I never mentioned my spinal injury, but she didn't cause a single pain. The way she avoided the bones and didn't focus on one spot for too long . It felt great! This was the first above medium massage I have ever agreed to. It felt like i was melting and had zero pain. When she used her elbows and applied the right pressure at different spots as she moved along my back ... felt like Heaven, and I caught myself drooling. I went there with so much pain in my back due to a pinch nerve, and she massaged every Sciatical nerves down my back to my feet without me asking. I even caught myself snoring at one point. Bella is the best !!!! Thank you!!!!

I can not believe how good was the full-body massage! I walked in with a terrible migraine and with back and neck pain, but I walked out like I was never in pain. Bella did an amazing job with pressure and focused on the area of my pain, and I could feel during the massage how my body is just getting more relieved and calm.
