Joe is a star. He took time to explain the different options and services I might find beneficial. Informative, caring, and friendly. Simply the best! Also, the office manager, Taylor, is a great listener and cares about their clients' satisfaction. Top notch facility. I highly recommend.

The location is very easy to find, clean and very beautiful. Reception girls always have the best attitude when receiving you. Nancy has been in charge of all my treatments and she is simply the best.

It's taken me a minute to go ahead & write a review. First, I'm a mom to 5 and just always put myself on the back burner. I have wanted to get lip filler for a long time & a little botox. I decided it's my turn to do something for me. I went in for a consultation first with Joe. Super knowledgeable gave me areas they could do to help with my concerns. Which is 1 syringe in each cheek, 1 in upper chin area & 1 in lips. The cost was $2000. I made an appt & decided that I wanted to do the areas recommended. When I came back in, they scheduled me with someone who just started, named Nancy. I was told that the filler lasts about 18 months! She added fillers where they needed to go. Then I added a lip flip & she recommended botox in tip of my chin to help with my TMJ. Results were ok for my lips, not that noticeable. I thought a full syringe would create more volume than it did. The other fillers I couldn't notice at all. I looked exactly the same. Then I learned the botox she added to my chin isn't even the right area to inject for TMJ. Anyways, the filler in my lips was gone within 6 months. I had some dimpling around mouth & tip of my chin. She also added botox to an area on the left side of my mouth that bothered me. That ended up being a lump. So yeah, spent OVER $2,000 plus $70 in additional credit card fees to still feel unattractive and look the exact same. Except for smile. Lip Flip worked amazingly. All in all, I wish I had went somewhere else to spend that kind of money.

I have been going to this med spa for 3 years now. Joe has done a fantastic job on both filler and Botox for me! He is also full of helpful information and answers any of my questions or concerns I may have. I recommend this med spa and this injector. Honestly, they are all fantastic there, from the girls at the front to everyone in the back.

I used to love this place. Unfortunately the last time I got filler here, i was asked if I could come in early because my injector had to be somewhere, so I came in early and it was extremely rushed. I told the injector I didn’t like the shape we did previously for my lips, they said they would fix it this time and I wound up with the same exact results. The ugly Russian lip with a keyhole or (blow up doll lips) The lips migrated and were super lumpy and one side is higher and fuller than the other since the day I got the injections, it looks like I have a crooked smile. it seems like this is that persons signature look. it’s been almost a year and they’re still not going away. I had previously asked if they fix things for free or at a reduced cost that they’ve messed up and was told I would need to pay for any adjustments when other spas have all said they would dissolve lips for free if they weren’t right or up to standard. Furthermore a lot of things have changed here. I noticed several people left and followed another girl to her new practice which tells me a lot and the pricing models have changed, and the way they advertise and do business. You can’t get half syringes of filler and I’ve been to two other med spas who told me the product used in my lips isn’t used much anymore and is a hard sale these days because it’s so thick, migrates easily and is lumpy. That was from two separate spas and two different people. Additionally I had another 3rd person agree that my lips look migrated lumpy and uneven and a 4th injector who asked me if this persons name was Xxxx without me even saying the persons name because apparently she had corrected a lot of their work. Point is, if you have to be somewhere, don’t take a client and do a poor job because of your obligations. Cancel the appointment or reschedule your own appointment. Won’t be coming here again and I highly advise you to ask around about this place and don’t believe all of the reviews. I will say, I had my lips done once by Brooke and my lips were absolutely beautiful, her injections were great. At the time I quit going to her because her books filled up fast but I think it may be easier to get an app with her now so if u must go here atleast go to her.

Went in the get my lips done on the 12th of September and went back because they look terribly lumpy and uneven. When I went back for a follow up I was told this is normal and they‘ll “go down” in a month and Nancy made me feel very dumb with the questions I had. I leave on an important trip in a week so I couldn’t sit around and wait looking like this so I made an appointment with another injector who right away saw the issues. Safe to say I’m never going back here and I’m down almost $600 and have to go to another med spa to get my lips dissolved. Also I had a full syringe because they don’t offer half syringes here. You’d think after a full syringe you’d get some symmetry but I guess not. They don’t see their mistakes

I've had such a fantastic experience at H-MD! Initial consulation with Gabi (RN) to discuss my goals. I wanted to address my 60 year old skin quality before diving into injectables. Based upon Gabi's recommendations, I've had the first of three microneedling w/PRP, followed 2 weeks later by a Diamond Glow facial (both with Leeya) and wow, the difference in my skin is already amazing. My pores less noticable, a few old scars are less noticable, and my skin feels and looks more youthful/plump. I'm also now using some medical grade skin care, which only adds to the benefits of these treatments. I'm excited to see how my skin looks after finishing this series!

This is one of the worse experiences I have had with any clinic I have ever dealt with. They have canceled or rescheduled my appointment three times after I have waited weeks to get in. I work out of town so when I make an appointment weeks in advance I expect to get in when scheduled. One time I get that but not every time one is set. Not that I have wasted my time I now have to schedule with another clinic to get the medication needed. Be warned they don’t keep their commitments.

Drove an hour and a half round trip twice to pay hundreds in lip filler, Nancy did not follow up correctly nor did she feel for knots after getting lip filler. Not satisfied.

I have had the best experiences at HMD. Nancy is an incredible injector! She is so kind, she asks insightful questions, she is so knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! She is my go to injector! The whole staff is friendly and caring. Overall 10/10.

Nancy is the best injector I have ever had!! She is literally like an artist with how she does it and how she knows how to help correct what you are trying to make better. Nancy is extremely professional, knowledgeable and so kind and patient. My anxiety probably put her through alot... lol but she was nothing but nice and understanding and talked me through things and explained things to me, and wanted me to have a good experience. I am extremely happy with the results she gave me. I recommend Nancy 100,000,000,000 percent and wish I could give her 50 stars. I will ONLY ever use Nancy and if she moves I will have to follow her. Nancy is the best injector around! I could not be happier with my Botox and Sculptra. She really listened to my needs/wants and set a realistic plan to follow. It’s so hard to find someone who truly listens and wants what is best for you when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I will only use Nancy going forward. 10/10 recommend!

Leigh and HMD has always been awesome for me. Leigh is very talented and knowledgeable. I want to add that it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve had an ultra laser treatment and my skin looks great and has made a huge different with dark spots, texture, firm ness and wrinkles. This treatment is way better than Fraxel. Don’t waste your money on Fraxel. Highly recommend!
