I have always been pleased with the professional advice of the hairstylists.I've been a patron of Holiday Hair for years after dealing with the frustration of making appointments at old hair dresser.I love the walk-in and don't mind waiting a short time.When I get it in my head that I'm ready for a haircut, I want it that day! Nick did a wonderful job with my hair! He’s given me my first really great haircuts since I moved to York city. He’s very skilled, gentle, and super fun to talk to! I feel cared for and in good hands in his chair. Highly recommended!

Our stylist Nick cut my daughters and my hair today. He did a wonderful job on both of our curly hairs. My daughter is 5 and loves to ask questions he was very patient with her throughout our whole visit.

Nick was great! I made a last-minute same day appt online for a layered wolf cut, wash & condition treatment. I asked him to keep the length as much as possible & he tried. However, he told me that in order to get my hair healthy again, he would have to cut 2" off. He made sure I was ok with that before chopping away. I will definitely go back to him.

The young lady guided to the perfect haircut and then took her time and showed that she understood exactly what I wanted . We chatted the whole time and she made my day! I will be back !

Nick was awesome - I appreciated his attention to detail and he was great to talk to during my appt. He was also very knowledgeable about the process and very intentional with how he did my hair to get the best outcome. **Update** hair didn’t take like I hoped. Scheduled an appointment a week later and it was a lot more successful! Nick got product for my hair specifically to try to get me what I was looking for. Holiday Hair would def benefit from a water cooler or something. I was PARCHED after 3 hours lol.

This was my 2nd time getting my hair cut with them. And will be my 2nd time having to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Thought I would give it another try with a different stylist. Sure they are nice but they give the most uneven cuts I have ever seen! When I got home and looked I thought it may have been the way she blowdried it. But after washing it was clear my hair is uneven. It was supposed to be just one length all the way around above my shoulders. A basic cut. It’s short in the front, even shorter by the shoulders and long in the back with random longer pieces everywhere. Will not go back and would not recommend!!

I started my journey to get a white and black halo hairstyle with a different stylist there, it was not a good experience and I'm pretty sure she almost fried my hair off considering she left bleach on for over and hour and hardly checked on me. I went back twice to try to get what I wanted but ultimately we decided it was unachievable. The reason this post is 5 stars is because I went back one more time just to get black on top and I was put with Nick because he was the only one there. Nick gave me a beautiful black and red peekaboo style and my hair looks and feels wonderful, I will continue going back there only for him. He was fantastic.

Nick was great!!! My original appt needed to be rescheduled due to a no show stylist. Nick was gracious and got me immediately rescheduled with him for later that day. He was kind, listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that!! Five Stars all the way!!!
