I had my first massage with Shekeisha today. It was nothing short of amazing! Comfortable heated bed, red light therapy, relaxing music, great smell, perfect massage with just the right pressure for me!

I had twisted my back moving furniture. Fortunately, a friend of mine had just been to Holistic Elements and could not stop gushing about Shekeisha. Booking the appointment was fast and easy. Shekeisha listened to me and asked the kind of follow up questions that told me she was the real deal. She walked me through some options, and we came up with a plan. It was a great session and to be clear, this was a therapeutic massage. This was work. The fact that I slept through the night was enough to convince me to make Holistic Elements a partner in my self-car routine. Thank you, Shekeisha! Thank you so much!

Kisha is amazing, she listens to your needs. I have watched her grow in her business and love that she went the route into Holistic Health. I went in with several issues and she is making a program to my needs. I tried the Body Roller first then she did the red light therapy that has so many heath benefits to the mind body and soul. Her whole set up is top notch and the Body Roller is a game changer!! Try her out you won't regret it. After just 2 days I feel a difference and will be back for more :)

I visited Holistic Elements today. Can you say RELAXED! Yes, that is what I went in for, that is how I felt when I left, and that is how I currently feel. Shekeisha worked out all of the tension I went in with in such a gentle way. When I walked out I was tension free and relaxed. My neck, shoulders, and back feel absolutely awesome! Shekeisha is a professional that cares about her clients needs. I look forward to trying out other treatment modalities she offers, e.g., red light therapy and Infrared lymphatic rollers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Holistic Elements.

I have had many massage therapists since a spinal injury in 1993, but Keisha was by far, the best at deep tissue massage. Always striving to improve, she continuously sought out new techniques and quickly mastered them. She treated me weekly for about 10 years in her previous massage clinic. Now, her recently established Holistic Elements adds new technology to her already gifted massage techniques to create a peaceful place of healing. My two recent appointments with her can be summed up by one word...awesome!
