Paula is the worst, she still giving bad services and bad treatment to my wife, and since she is a good person she don't want to go ahead and report it, every single time she goes to the SPA they SCAM IT charging more and more !

My long time esthetician decided to retire early and even though I was happy for her new journey, I was also crushed. How can I find a new esthetician that I can trust with my skin! I was on the hunt for almost 3 months, scrolling through endless instagram spa ads and local spas near my area. One day while driving down 27th avenue I came across Paula Spa and decided to do some research to make sure it was the right fit for me. I found the reviews to be extremely positive, so I went ahead and booked my first appointment with Paula. From the moment I arrived, she was very gracious and welcoming. During my skin assessment she decided I needed the OMG facial. The whole experience was amazing and I felt like I was in good hands right away. The OMG facial lived up to it’s name because OH MY GOSH! She took the time to remove every single blackhead and not only does my skin feel hydrated and clean but it’s glowing after just one session. Thank you Paula!!!! I am counting down the days to my next appointment. This spa is truly the best kept secret in Miami.

Paola is a talented and kind aesthetician and has been my go-to for nails, facials and waxing for the last 15 years! She is always learning about new modes and techniques to add to her knowledge and skills. She’s has the best heart and is a wonderful human!

Paula and Monique, the perfect combination. Very professional ladies full of energy, sweet and harmonious. They make you feel you are at the right spa. Once I get there I feel relax and centered- a good place to go to look beautiful. You should try it!

Amo este Spa, el ambiente es demasiado bueno; muy relajante, El servicio es de Calidad. Monique, es mi Estilista por 8 años y no la cambio por nadie. Ella es muy Profesional, Los productos que usa para el cuidado de Cabello son lo Maximo. Yo estoy encantada, Se los Recomiendo!

Monique is an excellent hairdresser & colorist. Love the products she uses and my hair does too! I have been going to her for years and she always does a fabulous job. You won’t be disappointed Paula has been my facialist for over 18 years (even before she opened Paula Spa and I followed her there). She’s the best! And in the last few years, she has branched out to other treatments as well - can’t wait to try some of them. It is always a joy and very relaxing to go to Paula Spa. Highly recommend

Been coming here for 10 years! I love this place. Paula the owner does it all. Best facials, nails and my eyebrows have never looked this good. Monique has been doing my hair just as long, whether I need highlights, balayage or I want purple hair, she’s done it all and it’s always looked amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I want to divide my review in two parts: Paula is great and she deserves 10 stars, she´s the owner of the place and all the work she does is of the greatest quality BUT.... I give it 1 star because of the hairstylist Monique Medina, given the great experiences I´ve had with Paula I gave Monique a shot to do my hair after having a child and not being in a salon for over a year I was excited to make a change in my hair and ask her to do a balayage and haircut, the experience was beyond disappointing that I wanted to cry afterwards, she did merely bleached highlights (the ones shown in the photos to other clients) when I clearly showed her a photo and told her the color I wanted in my hair, she was with other two clients at the same time and clearly the bleach was overdone, I have almost black hair so I wanted a balayage/ombre in a caramel tone, the hair turned out too light, like a beige color, I told her that wasn´t what I asked for and she first resisted and said that it was nice and looked good creating an uncomfortable situation so I had to insist that it wasn´t what I asked for, so she applied a toner in all my hair, this was a pity because I didn´t want my natural hair to be applied toner all over or in the roots, that´s why I wanted a balayage in the first place!, well, the hair came in two tones, the beige and another more orangy tone....and she didn´t do a balayage in the first place, it was normal highlights, you cannot see the difference between the hair in the top and the bottom like the balayage is supposed to be. The haircut... another story, she didn´t cut it as short as I told her since she wanted to cut it a little before the balayage and afterwards she would finish up, my family didn´t even realized there was a cut in my hair, Monique cut it a little in the back and at the end after the balayage she just cut touch up in the front... for all this I paid almost $300.... I felt ROBBED needless to say, I have to save again to go to a decent person that knows what is doing the next time, I feel Monique knows how to do a couple of haircuts and the same old highlights but not anything new or in trend and cannot be asked to do something different. She resisted what the client was asking and did the things her way on top of being super expensive. I don´t recommend her at all
