Fabulous massage December 31. Can’t remember that woman’s name, but she was the only working Christmas Eve. She was very attentive to the pressure, etc. I would highly recommend.

I booked a massage with "Sophia", After looking at google reviews for Holistix & seeing rave reviews for this person. Upon entering the lady at the front desk greeted me, & verified my name. I confirmed & told her I had an appointment with Sophia. I asked if she was Sophia? She said no & showed me to the room. I undressed & got situated on the massage table & the masseuse came in shortly after Services rendered were good, although I've had much better. Afterwards. I thanked the masseuse & asked if she was Sophia? She said no, I'm YAYA. When I went to check out at the front desk with the same lady tht checked me in, the masseuse YAYA was there as well. The front desk lady asked how was the massage? I told her it was good, but they did not honor my booking request with Sophia & showed her the booking. She said on her end it shows YAYA & they hv bn trying to get tht fixed. She said Sophia no longer works there. IF tht is true she should hv told me tht whn I entered the establishment & told her I HV AN APPT WITH SOPHIA. She then told me if I Pay with a card there's a $2 transaction fee...sure ok fine. She slid the device my way to input a tip amount. As I entered my tip amt of $10 she watched the amt I entered & asked if I would increase my tip to $15, $17 or $20!!? I said excuse me?? She says we charge less for these services than other companies so can u increase your tip?? I was absolutely appalled! I told her I hv never experienced anything lk this/hv bn asked to do this. I told her this is horrible business practices! She then tried to say other places hv done this. I told her I've gotten many massage services before & this is poor business practice! I went on to tell her if she's concerned with other businesses charging more, perhaps she should increase her prices. No apologies offered from the front desk lady. Seems like she was the Manager smh. I will not be returning to this establishment. BTW a review from 2 days ago is posted with Sophia's name in it. *Update: The Owner initially replied to my review: "Sorry this is the first time we have seen a clown who pays $10 for 90 mins" Owner has since edited her reply. How Unkind....

I had my first deep tissue massage with Sophia. She is a very skillful and energetic massage artist. She worked on my neck shoulder and back. She gave good adjustment to calf area. She worked on the back of my skull and fore head. It was very refreshing. Highly recommeded.

This massage joint had available, a SAME DAY couples appt an hour and a half just after my call! My boyfriend and I booked it, and when we arrived, were pleasantly greeted by two ladies whom also happened to be the ones giving us the massage. Their service was great and so were their smiles. We recommend! ☺️

But what truly made my visit exceptional was the massage therapist, Sophia. She was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the room, she made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. Sophia was attentive and took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. During the massage, Sophia's skilled hands worked wonders on my muscles. Her technique was just perfect, applying the right amount of pressure to release the knots and soothe my aching muscles. I could feel the stress melting away with every stroke, and I left the store feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Most excellent place for deep tissue massage. Hot stone treatment was included in 90 min session. Mindy was a wonderful masseuse, very professional. I felt incredible after going here.

This place is amazing! I went in as a walk-in for a special treat for myself on mother's Day, and I could not have asked for a better experience! The ambience of the room was perfect! The masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure to the different parts of my body, and we did the hot stone massage and it was amazing! They also do couples massage which I have booked for the upcoming future! Will 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Worst "professional " massage ever. She left the door open pretty much the whole massage I could hear people walking in and out the p Bathroom. I paid for 60 deep tissue which wasn't even deep and 60 min hot stone and got maybe 10 minutes. She stopped the massage 15 minutes early and used rubber gloves to do my legs and feet. She just rubbed my legs up and down with no massage techniques whatsoever. I walked out the same I walked in just dropped 150.00 for a horrible experience. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend Rene wu. Then after I expressed my experience to the lady at the desk she tried to pressure me into leaving a tip after they shorted me 15 minutes.

For so many years I spoke of getting a massage but never made a move. I decided to after so long, and Holistix Massage exceeded my expectations! By far the best massage, my mom came with me and she has had massages regularly. She said they have done the best out of everyone. The ladies focused on the “tough spots” and getting up after that I felt like I was ironed out and new again 😂I have to schedule my next appt ASAP ♥️ Thank you Ladies

Literally the most amazing massage I have ever had. I saw their flier at a boba place and decided to see if they took in walk-ins as I’ve been really sore from CrossFit. Aya was great and professional. I will definitely be going back. I got the 90 minute full body deep tissue massage and added hot stones. I highly recommend this place and most importantly Aya!! Seriously I’m never going anywhere else.

We sent my parents in law to get a massage here for Christmas and they came back praising it. They said it was the best massage they’ve had. They were also easy to book with on one day notice and the price was affordable. Highly recommended!
