I’ve been going to the salon for four years. It’s the best nail salon in Charlottesville. Miss Kelly is a phenomenal person and does her best to accommodate Not only me but all of her customers, including, especially those who come with special needs. She is kind to customers with children, and I have experienced her, trying her best to hit me in on short notice. Since I don’t have a specific stylist, I make an appointment with I can say that every single person that has done my nails has done a professional job and they Look amazing every time. All have gotten my nails done a couple weeks ago and still get compliments on them. I absolutely love going here and I love the atmosphere.

This was my first visit to Holly's Nails and came out with a very satisfied service. My technician was Mason, and he did an amazing job. I had acrylic nails done at a different shop and wanted to remove it without damaging my natural nails as much as possible to keep the length. Mason contained the natural nails as much as possible without hurting my nails or the nailbed itself. At the end of the service, I noticed something I did not like, and Mason was willing to fix the problem by redoing the nails that I wanted. Would recommend going to this shop if you are looking for a specialist with knowledge.

Wonderful experience. Excellent pedicure with a relaxing massage followed by a beautiful full set. Nail techs were kind and talented. The lady who did my nails looked at the picture one time and absolutely nailed it!

Everyone is very nice and friendly. Mason did an amazing job with the nail art. All by hand, no stencils. The attention to detail is great. I have found my nail place.

Got my nails done on July 3rd, it’s now July 17th and they still haven’t chipped! One of the best manicures I’ve gotten in a while!

This is the best place in town!! I have tried different places, and I will travel to come here. They take there time with you and make sure that you get the best service. I will recommend this place to anyone! Kelly is the best!!

Just look at this poor job. It was the worst pedicure experience in my life. I had an appointment at Holly's Nails yesterday. When I arrived I was taken to a chair. Another woman was working on a client and she was told to switch and work on me. The two of them mumbled, exchanging irritated comments, and my nail person was upset, scowling, and refused to lookup. I noticed I was not offered water as the lady seated next to me was. She rushed the work and I was shocked when I looked later and saw what an awful job she had done (After leaving a good tip). My large toes on each foot were symmetrical and shaped identically when I arrived. When I left one was visably cut shorter. She painted over my cuticles, and you can see the quality of her work. I question whether race was an issue...anyway I should have trusted my intuition and gone to one of the other 3 nail salons in close proximity.

Holly’s does amazing pedicures, but every time I get my nails done, they always chip and peel. Sometimes it’s the same day, sometimes it’s the next day. It costs way too much to have gel nails chipping and coming off so easily.

I have been coming to this place for years. Reliably good service and exceptional management. My nails always look good and last a long time here. They are great with kids too and have a cute kids seat for pedicures.

Glad to have found this place, my two daughters and I I got pedicures and Kevin did an awesome job my toes look fantastic! My daughters toes look great also and they are very kind every one in the nail shop& the prices are very reasonable .. Definitely will be back . It’s a must try here at this nail salon.

Aaron did a fabulous job on my nails! Last time I had my nails done at a different place, 3 of my nails were filed crooked and/or too much off the sides. Aaron fixed these with acrylic and now they look PERFECT! Thank you Aaron!

Definitely 5 stars. I’ve been to other nail salons in the area and Holly’s Nails is definitely the best! They got me in as soon as I walked in the door. The nail tech was fast and efficient, very friendly and helped me pick out colors that looked good together. I will definitely be coming back!

Love this place! They always do an excellent job and every nail tech is very detail oriented. When I lived in Charlottesville, this was my go-to salon. I stopped by on my way through town this weekend and Kelly went above and beyond to fit me in. She took one look at my inspo pic and did a fantastic job. Nancy is fabulous too. Mason does incredible nail art if that’s your thing.

Usually I get great service at Holly's. Today, the nail tech spent entire time on his telephone while doing my nails. Manicure was lacking normal procedures as well as ice cold water.
