I recently visited [hollywood beauty salon] for a gel manicure, but the polish started peeling off after just three days. I reached out to the salon because the manicurist had told me there was a one-week guarantee. They asked me to come back to speak with the manicurist, but when I arrived, the staff was not kind and just told me to sit and wait. I waited for 30 minutes without any updates or apologies, so I finally decided to leave. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the guarantee. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I showed them a picture of the type of twist I wanted and I got something totally different then they didn’t tell me how much it was before hand and I had to pay 100 dollars for some wack hairstyle I would never come here again a day in my life and Erika had the nerve to cut my ends without me asking I was just uncomfortable and mad

Very complete. Everything you want all in one spot: nails, manicure, barber, shape up, hair stylist, braids, cornrows, eyebrows, eyebrow waxing, hair extensions, wash, set, straighten, men, women, kids.... Accept walk-ins as well, although it's best to inquire ahead of time.

I saw a advertisse in Facebook and went there because of the PROMO to know that place, When I arrived, I showed the print screen to a woman and asked about if it was this place and about the promotional price, after she cut my hair, she told me that promo was expired and I had to pay double the price she told me before to cut. Run away from this place. Edit: I asked before to cut, i showed the prints screen before to cut, and she told me that she could do the promotion before to cut my hair, Please, be honest, it’s not a good behavior for a business, I’m just trying to warning people not to fall in your scam

I had a complete color correction from box dye I did myself. My hair was 3 different colors and this salon was able to bring me back to platinum blonde. Conveniently they also do nails and various other services. Great salon for those who want to achieve light blonde hair.

I went in to this salon yesterday, on a whim, because of great reviews, to get a hair cut and balayage. The women, although they seemed friendly and knowledgable, burned every last curl off my head and my hair looks nothing like i requested it.ñ to look. After years of growing my hair and getting it healthy I thought Id give my money to my people who surely would know how to handle my hair and curls. Its a shame because they were nice and I really wanted to like it but its a disaster and not worth any of the money or hours I spent in that chair. I wish professionals would admit they cant do something instead of ruining someones hair!! Awful!!

Had my hair cut, bleached and colored by Erica... She did an amazing job! The salon was quiet and welcoming. Erica educated me on how to maintain my style as well as other tips. I think I finally found my stylist. I highly recommend.

I'm was being at Hollywood salon and I get haircut and pedicure...I was so very happy with the results and the service that I recive...they are professional ,funny,patient, and diffently I'm be back again.

I am giving them 5 stars because the girl who did my braids is amazing. My braids came out great and I was super happy. Shes the only one there who knows how to work with mixed hair or curly hair texture.

I honestly had a great experience here. They offered me tea and added the sugar for me (as i was getting my last nails taken off completely). They went over the process with me throughout and stopped a few times to be sure we were all on the same page. I was rather indecisive with my nail options (had 2 prepared) and originally was only going to go with the butterfly themed nails, but they were able to do something similar to what i wanted from the second set of nails i showed). As in if you're indecisive they are accomodating! Everyone was friendly. They provide their own opinions but are friendly about it and respectful. They were friendly with the others who came in and even people who weren't getting anything done. They did well on my nails, they filed them very well which i appreciated a lot, only cut me twice but did spray those nails with water to help (also from the acetone to get my last nails off) and they then were curteous of those and didnt hurt them further. A lot of other places do. I also got my hair cut with what some would think of as a rather drastic chop , and the stylist also went in depth with me on how she was cutting and went slow. That's very accommodating to people who are nervous or anxious. She also gave me some tips for my hair and showed me how to style it. Which was definitely appreciated. Overall they're friendly and im glad i went. I enjoyed my experience, and the cost I'd say for me was worth it for what i got.

I thought it was a very good experience, the friendliness of the staff was very correct, while they cut your hair they give you advice about everything related to hair care, in addition to the services they offer in their business, the treatment is very professional, the most interesting thing is that This barbershop is run by women, empowered and committed to providing good customer service. This is the fourth time I have visited them and everything is excellent. I recommend it. I will be back.

Lovely tranquil salon with staff professionally behaved offering myriad services. No fussing or yelling, just merengue and bachata music. Locs and lashes installed quickly and painlessly at reasonable prices. My new go to…highly recommended.

ya workers is horrible with customer service ima ask the lady how much would it b for some hair style and she said she has to see my hair in person and I was like yea that’s fine Buh can you at least tell me AROUND what price it would be and she jus proceeded to say if it’s that difficult for you then don’t come with attitude and I said huh and she hanged up …and the prices they put are fake they say 100 and then u ask for the same hair style they have right there and say it’s gon b a different price Buh don’t say around what price.
